Working with the group to buy the car was great. A very good team in all respects. There has been a challenge, though with some maintenance -- particularly the 'modem' in the C-Max Energi. Ford clearly changed their partner in 2017, so the modem was updated, and that was done at Walnut Creek Ford in January. Unfortunately, the modem didn't work for the next 8 months. I called Ford, and they suggested a further update -- but Walnut Creek said that they needed to get a new modem. After a couple of weeks, though, clearly there was a software update somewhere in the Ford ecosystem, and the modem has been working fine since then. I recognize that the electronics of current cars are incredibly complicated; but ... eight months seemed like a long time. Still, the group is quite friendly and good to work with.

Provided extra service
My fix is under warranty. Beside fixing my A/C issue, Walnut Creek Ford also found and replaced the squeaking belt of my car.
