Every time I get any services done at Walnut Creek Ford I'm always done well before the time frame given to me and everyone is always so nice ?

Maxine got two replacement wheels for the car while it was in for service.

We experience as usual excellent service. We recommend Ford for our friends.

Quick response and very flexible service hours. I was able to take my car in for a regular 7500 miles checkup within 30min after I called maintenance department for appointment. I was offered some coffee & snacks and free car wash. Overall service was very good although I was missing a walkthrough of the work that was done to my car.

I dropped the car off at 9am, checked in and got a quick ride to work. However, the estimate was for completion around 1:30. I had another appointment at 3:30 but had not gotten a call that the car was done by 2:30 so I called and was told they were finishing but that the shuttle was booked and would not be able to get to me before 3:30. Therefore I walked from ClubSport in the heat. Not good.

Ron is attentive, knowledgeable and sincere. I wish I remember the mechanic name because he was articulate and informative, very professional. Loved the entire experience and the new waiting room...and my car needed some work, so I was there for a while and the time just flew by. Thank you very much for your exmplorary customer service.
