Roy Ayabe - EXCELLENT Service Oversight
Roy Ayabe has returned to Walnut Creek Ford after briefly going to another location for work. I am SO GLAD that Roy is back on staff. I always feel that he is honest and fair with me, only recommending the service work that absolutely needs to be done (nothing that is unnecessary) As a female, that is TREMENDOUSLY comforting; I feel taken care of, not taken advantage of. As long as Roy is on staff, I will continue to come back to Walnut Creek Ford for the service work on my '08 Ford Escape Hybrid.

Roy and Walnut Creek Ford are the best!
Very Happy with my experience. I have been taking my 2002 diesel excursion here since I bought it new in 2002. Today Roy was my service contact. He was pleasant and helpful, walked me over to the new temporary waiting room and new temporary cashier. Car was serviced and other problem addressed and fixed. Thank you Roy and Ford Walnut Creek
