F-150 service

The people were very nice and I trust the service department. I am disappointed in Ford for not improving a part I had thought about replacing. If I had replaced the part it would have been subject to failure just like the original part.

Service Survey

My Service Advisor was Ron Manning. He is very professional and very nice. Kept me informed during the day and assisted in getting me a rental when a part was not available until the next day. I always had good experiences with the different Service Advisors I've interacted with.

Walnut Creek Ford Service Review

I am very pleased. My service advisor, Ron, discovered an item on the report (low battery) that was not brought to my attention before I left the dealership. He immediately called me, explained the issue, and arranged for me to return and have the matter addressed while I waited. I appreciated his attention to detail and how he expedited the additional service. He should be commended.

An Excellent experience

I turned my Expedition in at the time of my appointment, and the service was done well before the 2 hrs that the service advisor has estimated. The personnel was very helpful and polite. This despite the renovation work that was going on.
