I recently purchased a new Tucson Hyundai from Central Valley Automotive Group in Modesto, California, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! I especially love the amazing technology and features, the smooth ride, the spacious interior, the advanced safety features. The entire experience was fantastic, and I especially want to thank Bianka Valdovinos, Enrique Ibarra, Lucas, and Aralynn for their exceptional service. Kelii was excellent.

Kelii was excellent. Had a scheduled test drive with another salesman, that didn’t make it in. Kelii stepped up and took care of me. made the whole process of buying a new car super easy and streamlined. Highly recommend Central Valley Hyundai and Kelii.

One of the easiest, most respectful car shopping

One of the easiest, most respectful car shopping experiences we’ve had. From the time we showed interest in getting the new 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid, the Central Valley team of Giovanna, Meredith, Kelii and Julio were attentive, timely and respectful. They listened from the start about what we wanted, and didn’t want. They were never pushy, but extremely informative. They spent a month looking for the exact model and color match that we wanted. Once they found it, they contacted us and worked out the details as a team. We ended up driving 90 minutes from our home to do business with this team. We passed on more than 3 different Hyundai dealers that were a lot closer to us. They Earned our business as a team, and we’ll always give them our first opportunity moving forward! Thank you, Giovanna, Meredith, Kelii and Julio!

They were very nice and they were able to help get the

They were very nice and they were able to help get the best deal. Only thing is that it did take a while. When they said they’d be back in 10 they were gone for like 45 mins

Brandon was awesome.

Brandon was awesome. He was very helpful throughout the purchase experience. We are on our third Hyundai, and our family members have bought two. We have never had a problem with a Hyundai that wasn't resolved by this dealership in a positive way for us. They are good for their word and make buying from them a great experience. Brandon has a thorough knowledge of the features and operation of the vehicles they sell and very helpful, Including keeping in touch with us about the arrival and readiness of the car we purchased. No pressure sales - the cars sell themselves.

Sales Team was great and very helpful.

Sales Team was great and very helpful. Finance took forever (but we were there on a busy day). Detail team didn't do a very good job of cleaning the car up (we bought a used car). Overall I would give Sales 5 star Finance 4 star and Detail 2 stars

Unpleasant & unprofessional customer service in the

Unpleasant & unprofessional customer service in the service dept. Customers were never greeted & employees were NOT accommodated. The Service Dept at this dealership is the worst !! Also the phone system sucks. Can NEVER get a real person, ever ! No live person answers the phone & you pretty much use the phone system to get things done. The outcome of taking your car in for service is very disappointing. I'd rather take my service elsewhere !!
