AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek

Waited too long to get a transportation to go to my work place.

Since we bought the car Acura Steven's Creek has given us great service. Our service advisor, Darren Warner, gets us in for service as soon as we need to and has continued the excellent service.

I get my car serviced at AutoNation of Stevens Creek. Cesar Ulloa-treto Was able to help me with everything I needed. I will definitely take my car there for service again along with referrals.

Carlos did a great job of taking care of the entire service experience. I got a shuttle to work on a timely basis, and then he got me a loaner car when the car needed to stay overnight. He kept me informed and I never wondered what was going on. The loaner car was a 2016 TLX which I enjoyed driving and would consider buying a new model when I'm ready.

I've been going to Acura Stevens Creek for 8 years now, ever since I bought the car from them. Their service department is very professional, timely, and making appointments has always been convenient and easy. Darren Warner is my current Service Advisor and he has always done his best to keep me well informed about the car. They also clean up the car and give it a complimentary wash after service, which I think is a fitting conclusion to the visit. Waj, the Manager, is also quite friendly and proactive. Overall, I feel my car is in good hands at Autonation Acura, Stevens Creek.

I brought the car for the Acura's air bag replacement recall. The service advisor, Matthew St John, at AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek, was very professional and expedited the service. The car was washed and cleaned after the service and was returned to me ahead of time.
