Great service personnel.

Great service personnel. Got my car in and repaired in under two hours. Waiting room is nice and big with complimentary drinks and a tv. Was able to work on my laptop while I waited. I liked that the dealership also took pics all around my car to ensure nothing gets damaged during the service visit.

Bought 2 Acura MDX & TLX from this dealership under management of general manager Raymond Pezzi in 2021. It was great then. Sadly, it's no longer a place for us to get new Acura. Worst experience in recent visit for a new Acura under the new general manager Dylan Gruett.

Great service

Service Advisor Rolf Wick was knowledgable and straight forward in providing information on what was needed to fix my SUV. He is easy going and customer oriented. I would recimmend getting service work from him.
