Leasing RDX

a day ago I came here because we needed a family car and we wanted to get a 2020 model. I called to check inventory for a 2020 RDX A-spec SH-AWD. AJ answered the phone and told me that they had several available. I found the perfect color combo and trim level sitting in their showroom. They took me on a test drive in a different car, same model, to preserve the showroom car which I appreciated. They wanted to make a deal that day, but I never buy off impulse so I decided to go home and think about it. AJ never put too much pressure to buy. He laid out finance or lease options and gave the pros and cons of each. I found AJ to be very honest because I "fact-checked" everything he said with my own research. I saw the RDX at other dealers but none of the sales people were quite like AJ. I decided two weeks later to make my purchase. I am happy I did. Even after my purchase, the general sales manager and AJ both followed up to congratulate me and check to see if I needed anything. Sales department here is wonderful, the service department seems to be the complete opposite on first impression. The technicians forgot to fill my washer fluid prior to delivery of vehicle. I found out during the weekend when I needed to use it. Michael, the general manager, assured me it would be taken care of, and it was. But when I walked into the service department for the fluid fill, no one there greeted me, even after I looked several service advisors in the eye and they just looked away. So I had to walk over to the sales department to get this handled. Again, sales department great, service department sub-par based on first impression. I am giving 5 stars for my experience with the sales department. I just hope someone in service department reads this and makes necessary changes. I am now an Acura customer after all, and I'd like to think I can return there for service and rely on their service technicians.
