I had a very good experience buying a CPO BMW 330 from Stevens Creek BMW. I worked with Ahmed and Refai to purchase this car. They were extremely patient in working with me and my wife, without any pressure. They convinced me to actually spend less money on a 2021 CPO instead of a 2022 CPO, sharing details of both the cars and explaining why the deal was better. That's usually unheard of, as most dealers would like to extract more from a buyer. They also made sure all of our concerns about some minor scratches on the wheel rims were taken care of, along with a complete detailing of the car.
