Stay away!
Stay far away from these guys. They will say whatever you want to hear and then change the offer when you get there. They are all dishonest and out to swindle you. I tried to buy a car from them and they strung me along and then jacked the price. Do yourself a favor and try another dealer. I also have been using them for service and they are so bad. Last time, I waited 8 hours in their service area for an oil change. They forced me to buy new overpriced tires by showing me a slash in one that wasn’t there when I arrived. Stay away.

It was a very pleasant experience. Alec Kisin from sales was very prompt in answering emails and went a found he prepared the car and made it ready. Price negotiations was good and dealer was willing to match kelly blue book fair prices. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend getting your car from there.

Pleasant CPO buying experience
Had a very painless experience buying a CPO car from this dealership. There was some construction in some of building, which is the only reason I gave the facilities 4 stars.

Good Service. Recommended
Got a pretty good service when I brought a used 330i from the Stevens Creek BMW. Luckily the showroom was less crowded that day but the paperwork still took some long 4-5 hours to drive the car off from the dealership.

Horrible experience
Horrible!I picked my car and on the half way to my office I noticed a rattling noise from the left muffler exhaust. I came to the showroom back in the evening to show the problem and they told that the complete exhaust has to be replaced with a new part and cannot be repaired. The problem did not exist when I left the car at the service center. And by the way i would expect a car wash when it was delivered but unfortunately it was not clean and even interior was dusty. I think this is the last time I would show up to the BMW service center. I would rather get the service done at a local mechanic shop.

While, I was debating a few different vehicles, they took the time to do the 'little' things that should matter to all buyers. The professionalism displayed at this dealer has been above and beyond. Now while, I didn't get my red bow photo, if that's my complaint then I am really digging deep to find a problem. I highly, very highly, recommend this dealer, and them in particular. It's far to often people are more likely to leave a negative review for a bad experience, but let's recognize when something was done right. This is how you should have to buy a car. Devin

3 hour drive to find the car they offered was sold weeks ago
Dealer had used car showing on Car Guru, and AutoTrader. While online looking at car the pop up window opened with a representative asking if they could provide assistance. I texted that I was interested in car, but needed to know if it was still available. This person checked and said yes it was available. I made a sales appointment for that day to look at the car. I drove 3 hours to the dealership. When I arrived the receptionist got a sales person, who told me that the car was sold weeks earlier. I asked to talk with the used car sales manager. I told him what a poor job the dealership did by having me come all this way for a car that didn't exist. There was the customary "We're sorry" but I could tell it was just to get me out of the dealership. No offer to do something to compensate me for the drive and inconvenience. I am writing this review the next day after my experience. The car I was interested in is still up online as being available at the dealership. I hope potential buyers will be warned that this dealership has deceptive practices.

STAY AWAY from Stevens Creek BMW!!!
I brought my car in for routine maintenance and somehow they managed to scrape the front end bumper. I reached out to my service advisor Ryan Fuller and let him know of the damage. He quickly agreed to repair the damage in addition to covering the cost for ceramic pro and clear bra work I had recently done. He initially informed me that it would be a week to complete the repair however it took multiple follow ups with him before I could get my car back which was 3 weeks later. When I picked up my car he informed me the finance department has approved the check covering the work I needed to get done again and to expect a check no later than 2 weeks. I have followed up with him with no response on where this check is so I can get the work done again on my car... the work that I paid for before they damaged my car. I am a loyal BMW customer and will NOT be back to purchase or service any of my vehicles ever again. This place is dishonest should be ashamed of the lack in quality of customer service. Stevens Creek BMW should seriously consider new management to stop the embarrassment to the BMW name. Ryan Fuller should also be terminated for communicating untruthful/misleading information. What a disgrace to BMW!!!
