Kia of Abilene

I was face-to-face with 5 of the employees...OMG they were all fantastic!!! I even went and told the gentleman at the counter what a great experience this has been. Strangely, I am anxious for my next service!!!

The salesman was knowledgeable about all the vehicles and he did a great job finding the car we wanted. Also the place was clean and modern. We did not feel any pressure from any employee there they were very friendly and fast. Thank you

Everyone is always on the ball, polite and eager to help you. This is the 3rd new Kia we have bought from Kia of Abilene so looks like we like this dealership! And we have bought two of them from Andre Scott and really like to deal with him because he is honest, knowledgeable, and good to deal with

Fonda did so much to help myself and my mother get into our new cars. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and she really made sure to help my mom learn all the features on her new car. She was great, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs help getting into a new vehicle. She wasn't pushy at all. She was informative and worked hard to get us the best deal she could. I will also like to commend JD in the service department, I had a KIA before buying my new Soul, and he has always been helpful when I would come in for a service. I always got my car back in the time frame promised and they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done right the first time. I've never had an all around great experience like I have with KIA. But Fonda and JD really are the reason why I'm so happy! As long as they are there, I know that anything I need will be taken care of.

Excellent friendly service. Best car dealership I have ever used. Consistently same staff. I always feel at home and comfortable in the dealership. Great cookies.
