Naturally, I was upset when someone hit and totaled out

Naturally, I was upset when someone hit and totaled out my beloved car so, I went over to Kia Of Abilene and made car history! 😄 I love my new car (2025 Kia Seltos) This is my 3rd Kia vehicle and they never disappoint!!! The staff here are very professional, wonderful and knowledgeable not only about the Kia brands but about varies other brands such as Ford, Nissan, Chevrolet, Honda etc as well. They go to work for you, they get you the best deal possible! Thank you so much to K2 and the whole Kia Team on helping me through this journey. You all are Awesome 👌🏾

Dillion White in the service department is OUTSTANDING!

Dillion White in the service department is OUTSTANDING!!! He and his staff go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of the right way. JP, and Felisha are also wonderful. So the next time you need service, give them a try, they will not disappoint.

I bought my car October 2 2024 3 weeks later my car was

I bought my car October 2 2024 3 weeks later my car was making noises I checked the oil and it was bone dry and Feb 19 2025 when it was 9 degrees out side I was going to Witchata Falls Texas I blew the transmission in my carthe car is less than 5 years old but Kia of Abilene could NOT do anything for me because it didn't break down in Abilene. I have called numerous people down here and was hung up on by Cory manager of the service department not 1 person has even tried to help me in Abilene. I can honestly say I really don't have anything nice to say about Kia of Abilene.

BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! We have a car in their possession right NOW and they just sent the bill and are charging 3x what they should and even have an issue that is NOT THE PROBLEM listed. We will be part of the KRBC special in Novemeber!!!! Stay tuned!!

I want to thank Dillon the service advisor and Brandon

I want to thank Dillon the service advisor and Brandon who quickly analyzed my issue and repaired it on my 2016 Sorento. While travelling to Abilene from Houston for a funeral, we hit a big pothole about halfway into the trip. At first, everything seemed OK, but from time to time we would hear a strange noise up front. Turns out that the plastic air deflector/oil pan guard had been damaged and was hanging down. That guard would hit the road when the car dipped from time to time. Brandon got right under the front of car and secured the guard so it would not drag anymore. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes which really meant a lot when you're from out of town attending a funeral. THANK YOU Brandon and Dillon!

Bought a used vehicle from them, was told they would fix

Bought a used vehicle from them, was told they would fix a dent in hood when I brought vehicle in to b fixed they said they wouldn't fix it because it didn't get wrote down. Sales person I used even remembered they would fix it. I've bought 3 vehicles from them in the last year and this is how they treat me. I will take my business elsewhere.

I was very happy with the service department and Justin Moore. He exceeded my expectations and did a great job of explaining everything on my first visit ! He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I am very happy with the wonderful customer service

I am very happy with the wonderful customer service Justin provided in the service dept. He's very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining and answering my questions. The service was excellent and was a lot quicker than I expected. I I also received great service at parts counter and sales department as well. Thankful for everyone at Abilene Kia who contributed to the quality service that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the Abilene Kia dealership.
