Susan was my service advisor. She was attentive to my needs and concerns. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease knowing my car was in good hands in its repair and maintenance and even made sure I had a rental that was fit for me as I don?t live in San Jose but in Gilroy but because of the customer service I receive is why I keep going back to Mercedes of Stevens Creek. Susan kept me up to date on my car and the service and repairs that were being done. Susan engages with her clients and makes you feel comfortable and confident in everything she is explaining to you especially when it comes to signing the service agreement. From working in the retail management industry for 10 years I can see that Susan enjoys what she does and helping her customers and She has a positive attitude especially at 7:20am. Susan shows dedication and commitment.

The most shady, dishonest and greedy Mercedes benz dealer
The most shady, dishonest and greedy Mercedes benz dealer by far. Found a vehicle I wanted to buy, didn’t really care to see it in person, just wanted to buy it online and come pick it up. One of their salesmen Asad was gonna “help me out” and “help my buy the vehicle before anyone”, he started the buying process, requested information from me, I promptly filled out a credit application, sent over address, license, insurance, pre approval etc. Started working on the deal, filled out all the requested papers, said he will get back to me and get it done. 1hr later, followed up, he said working on a couple more things… 2hrs later the car magically sold, didn’t even have the audacity to let me know… I had my own financing, approved at a great rate. I’m 100% sure someone walked in willing to finance through them, so they decided break their promises and screw me over just so they can milk that customer and squeeze every penny they could out of them. Never expected this kind of slimey, shady business from a Mercedes Benz dealer. Bunch of spineless liars. You can get better customer service buying a vehicle from copart.

I purchased a GLE 53 from Stevens Creek early this week
I purchased a GLE 53 from Stevens Creek early this week and my experience was exceptional. I scheduled an appointment to check out a twilight blue color and Ace (sales rep) did an excellent job to show me car functions and also a test drive. Also managed to get a good price as well working with Ace. Very knowledgeable. Process was extremely smooth with no pressure. Picked up the car after 2 days and Ace had the car very ready for pickup. He spent time to set me up with the Mercedes app, and also teaching me how to use different functions in the car. In no time I was enjoying my new car and living the dream! Highly recommend this dealership. My older car was also a Mercedes and was maintained by these guys for 7 years! I believe Mercedes makes the best and most fun to drive cars! Sam

I purchased a 2018 Red SLC300 for my wife for mother's
I purchased a 2018 Red SLC300 for my wife for mother's day. The purchase was smooth, when we got the car home noticed a popping sound with the sunroof. Contacted the Sales Manager Ellen Lans, she was very proactive and within a few weeks got the sunroof repaired - and my wife is enjoying the car. Great customer experience!

I brought my 2021 Mercedes-Benz to Stevens Creek in April
I brought my 2021 Mercedes-Benz to Stevens Creek in April 2025 for persistent battery and electrical issues that had been ongoing since my first visit in August 2024. At that time, I was told everything was fine and that the issue was due to a door left open — no repairs were made. The problems continued, and when I returned in April, I was told the car was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the same battery errors were still active — visible right on the dealership lot. The service team acknowledged the issue and retained the car. Shortly after, I was informed that a critical control module had been removed and damaged during service, making the car undrivable until a replacement part arrives — with an ETA of July 31. That means my car will have been at the dealership for over four months. I was told diagnostics would continue while waiting for the part, but I recently received written confirmation that no further diagnostic work has been done at all since the part was removed. During this time, I’ve continued to pay insurance, registration, and upcoming scheduled maintenance costs, while driving a basic loaner vehicle that doesn’t match the experience I expected from a dealership representing this brand. The service advisor has communicated politely throughout, but the lack of active troubleshooting, transparency, and ownership over the issue has been frustrating. It would be disappointing for any car owner — not just those with high-performance models — to be without their vehicle for this long due to service delays and receive no goodwill consideration in return. If the dealership or MBUSA steps in to recognize the inconvenience and offer appropriate compensation, I’d be happy to revisit this review. Until then, I can’t recommend this service center based on my experience.

Thank you for the response. However, I’m disappointed that you’re asking me to call your main dealership line and “ask for the General Manager” — especially when no GM is listed on your staff page, and the number provided leads to your general reception. You already know who I am, the vehicle involved, and the full history. Asking me to call again and chase someone down — rather than reaching out directly with a real solution — feels like a canned response and not a serious attempt to address the issue. Unless this is standard practice for many unresolved customer situations, it’s also a bit concerning. If you’re genuinely interested in resolving this, I welcome direct outreach with a proposed solution, not a rerouted call. EDIT: Charlie called later today (possibly related to this thread), to let me know that the part that was broken at the dealership has a better ETA than initially announced. I will keep this review and my scoring updated.

Ethan, my service advisor, is wonderful. He helps me get in and out quickly, keeps me up to date on my service, and is always available for questions. My service repair went smoothly, issues were resolved, and the technician sent me a video with information to help me understand what was happening. Checking out the loaner car was quick and easy.
