Just leased a 1918 Camry XLE

There is a lot to like about our overall experience from Stevens Creek Toyota. From our initial email inquiry to Josh and his follow up conversations, we met Frank, who was extremely knowledgable on the Toyota Camry and even more helpful. Since our last car purchase was in 2003, there was quite a lot of technology to learn. He was patient and extremely helpful especially in letting us know of the differences between the LE, SE, and the XLE which we ended up leasing. Gabbi set up the infotainment center and provided helpful info not only on how to use it, but how to use it effectively. We appreciate that what might have gone wrong (original car Camry LE had been sold!) was rectified by Ray, general manager, thank you! My husband and I also appreciated the knowledge JoJo conveyed regarding the financing of our Camry. Overall, it is evident that Stevens Creek Toyota's investment in their employees is demonstrated in the the extra care and attention we received from our initial search to completion of the lease. Thank you again!

Used Car Purchase

My family came into Stevens Creek Toyota looking for a used car on 10-28-17. We were helped by Essie Samavarchian who did a great job answering our questions and guiding us through the purchasing process. The pricing, service, and paperwork was all explained to us, and we were very happy with the ease and efficiency in our purchase. Josh Pourkhorsand helped me with my purchase. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. It took about 3 months of research and searching for exactly what I wanted. Josh found it and gave me a good deal. I went home with my 4runner within a day after it arrived at the dealership. Josh was very prompt to respond to my many questions. He was recommended by my friend who had just purchased from him and I would recommend him to anyone. He wasn't pushy at all, which I hate, and he made sure the purchase process was flowing properly, I did not wait around too long.

Winston is the BEST!

Winston was attentive, knowledgeable & worked within my parameters without being pushy. He also followed me to the airport to return my rental! The car I bought is in great condition & fairly priced. Would highly recommend Stevens Creek Toyota!

Good experience w/ Internet sales team

Josh Pourkhorsand is prompt to respond, courteous, candid, and straight up when asked questions. He was pleasant to work with. I'm sure he'd have moved up by the time I buy/lease my next car, but I'd work with him again.

Everything! Look for Stephen Tran (sales manager) if you're buying a car, the price for both my new car and my trade-in is good, and the service is excellent, long story short, he and his team totally brought along the BEST car buying experience ever.

Buying Experience

I commute a long distance and have been looking at Toyota Prius as a cost effective way of getting to work. I inquired online to Steven's Creek Toyota and Josh responded almost immediately. We went to the dealership and drive 3 different models. Josh was very accommodating and helpful through the entire process and helped me choose the model that met my requirements. Took responsibility and maintained good quality

Lost my parking permit

The service here is absolutely terrible! I went to get an Air Bag replacement yesterday and the incompetent service workers lost my parking permit. Thanks to them, I have to pay a citation and I will probably have to get a new permit. Good riddance!
