Fast, friendly and honest service department
It was a good experience. I had been here a few times before for recall service on my 2006 Tacoma and everything had gone well so I decided to see them for something not covered this time. I had a bad sound coming from what I was sure was a bearing in my transmission and was worried about a very expensive repair. I brought it in and told them the symptoms and even discussed what I thought it was. Adam is the technician I communicated with and he said he would have an answer by 5 pm. It was noon. The complimentary shuttle took me back home (one way). Nice driver. Adam called around 4:10 and said it was just a couple loose bolts on the skid plate. They fixed it and only charged the initial diagnostic fee. Everyone there is nice and I left happy. I will return for other services.

Best service ever
Very good customer service . A sales person Steve was like a gift ?we?ve been very tired of shopping around on all different dealerships . When we came here Steve was just super helpful , he listened to us and didn?t waste time for nothing. He did all he could to help us out. Specially with Toyota it?s really hard , usually these dealerships don?t compromise . But Steve could make it happen. He also was very patient and polite , tried to do our experience as much pleasant as possible . It was also very fast experience , we didn?t have to stay and wait there for a long time , as long we signed agreement may be in an hour max we were out of there. From all dealerships I?ve shopped so far this one was the best one ! Really appreciate Toyota Stevens creek. They are providing the best customer service and pricing . Really happy that I had a chance to purchase a car there, will refer all my friends to them

Awesome experience - great team
I went into the dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted except that I needed a new car as my previous car gave up on me (used or brand new). I asked to speak with a sales associate about getting a used car and was introduced to Cheryl who was delight. After introducing herself, she asked me a few questions about what I was looking for ? questions about the type of car I wanted (used vs. new) model, requirement, things I hoped to have, year etc. I She worked with me to view several options and patiently guided me as best as she could given that she was a bit new at the job. She answered all the questions I had asked or providing someone to help answer any technical questions. We narrowed down two options ? a 2016 Camry and a 2018 Corolla. I told her I was undecided still and couldn?t make a decision same day and she was okay with that. To round up our conversation, she introduced me to Mike who answered some deeper questions and also talked to me about my buying decision. The specs of both cars were printed and the initial summation cost for both. We set up a follow up for the next day, which I couldn?t make but called Cheryl ahead of time about it. With my permission, Cheryl followed up with me about my interest in purchasing the vehicle and after a few email/text correspondences (I traveled and was very busy with work) we both decided on a date where I would come in. I provided her info of what I wanted to look at which was the Camry XLE and SE. I arrived at our agreed time and she had the cars ready to be viewed, also introduced me to Steve. They both sat down to address my needs such as ? leg room, heater seats, leather, and some other details. Given the way the both interacted with me, and HELPED me GREATLY in making a concrete decision, I went with the XSE option which addressed all my needs. Even after the purchase, she followed up with me to ensure some questions I had were taken care of. Steve also set up time with me to set up my phone and some overview of the features of my new car. So, thank you Cheryl, Steve, and Mike for your help in every step of my buying process. I appreciate your guidance! Big Thanks once again to Cheryl for doing an outstanding job!

Best car buying experience of my life
Michael Battin and his team (including the GM Joseph and finance director) gave me the best customer car shopping experience of my life. I told him my story about being a recently widowed and very pregnant wife and he set out to help me quickly. I told him what I was looking for an a reasonable trade in and he made it happen quickly. Buying a 2018 new Camry SE
My husband and I went to Stevens Creek Toyota for buying our second Toyota for my husband. We were looking for a Camry and we welcomed by Mr. Emmad Jazayeri. Emmad was so helpful and knowledgeable about cars. He explained all details about different types of Camry and he addressed all our questions and needs. He patiently spent more than 3 hours on Sunday to find a right car for us. He was an awesome employee, very helpful, take care of everything and not pushy at all. We are very happy with our 2018 Camry SE! Thank you very much Emmad! I will definitely recommend Toyota Stevens Creek to all my friends.

Worst value for your time and money
When I called for same day appointment to perform regular service and a recall fix, I was offered 7:30, 9:30 and 11:30 slots. Since I wanted the vehicle early for picking the kids from school, I opted for the 7:30 slot. I called the service number 2 times, requested for callback and no response. I didn't receive even a single update from service advisor until about 5:30 PM. Unless they are not handling work orders in prioritized order in which vehicles were checked-in, there is no way it can cause such delay. I don't believe they haven't delivered other work orders received later during the day. If I had taken the 11:30 slot (4 hours later than 7:30), they would have still returned my vehicle at the same time . Very bad customer service for an "authorized" Toyota dealer.

Bought a new Rav4 2018
Staff are very nice and friendly, very helpful. Gently take your request even if they processed them already. I changed my mind go another car, make their job a little bit harder. However, they just accepted and started to do it right away without hesitate. Best dealer so far compair to capitol toyota in my experienced.
