Vacuum was not done
Tina at the customer service was very customer centric and went extra mile to get things done. Bill explained me everything about the service. He mentioned that Manly doesn't do car wash but does vacuum the car but when i went to pickup my car the vacuum was done at all. Would expect things as promised.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ON 2/27/17
I had my 2001 Honda Accord serviced on Monday, 2/27/17 due to a flat tire. Bill Robertson, Service Advisor, provided knowledgeable, professional, and personable advice. He only recommended necessary work be done on my car @150,685 miles. The flat tire was repaired, the oil & filter were replaced, and a multi-point inspection was performed. I also received a thorough status report for my vehicle. I highly recommend Bill Robertson and Manly Honda for excellent advice and work.

Manly Honda makes leasing a new vehicle clear and easy
I absolutely love my new honda civic. Sean Lumibao was so helpful and made the process clear and painless. Dave Sambad clearly explained the finance options and what each option entailed. I have worked with this dealership several times and have always had a great experience. They take the confusion and uncertainty out of the car buying equation.

Bill Robertson was my service advisor and he did a great job of listening to my concerns and explaining the services to be done. He kept me apprised of the progress and my Ridgeline was ready to go- right on time! As a bonus, they washed my truck! Thanks again!

My fiance and I came to manly last year and bought a car and had on OK experience but when we came back this last time we felt with JR and he was great but only did he give slot of options he very efficient after our purchase to explain in full detail the works on the car. We didn't feel hassled or pressured we will definitely come back!!!! Beejan was our finance guy and he was great as well!

Friendly and Professional
My experience with Tom was fantastic! I called The dealership and spoke with Tom and he handled everything from the start to following up with me after we took our van home. We found them while looking for vans and they had the one we wanted. We made the 3.5 hour drive to go see it and make a deal. Tom was very professional and made sure the can was reserved so that we would at least have an opportunity to see it since we were making the trip. Overall, amazing experience and very satisfied with the service.
