Like a visit to my favorite doctor..

My routine check-up at Manly Service Center is exactly like a visit to my primary care physician. My doctor tells it like it is, and so does my Manly service rep. He wants to give me a good report, and thanks to the care my 2009 Honda receives there, he usually comes back to me with a smile. When I had to have my alternator removed, he and his team handled it quickly and with no side effects. I always do what my Manly rep suggests, because he has great curbside manner and I trust him!

Off the Charts

I have been bringing my vehicle to Manley Honda service for almost three years now. The vehicle I bought had a few problems, so Manley Honda agreed to service my car with the best of care and advice. I have never been disappointed nor discouraged with their advice and repairs - all thanks to Mike Ruggles!! They always take care of me and my vehicle needs. Mike Ruggles and Howard (mechanic) who services my care ROCKS!! Thanks guys!! At every visit, I notice how all the employees are very nice and attentive to their customers. It brings an ease to the discomfort and possibilities of major repairs if any. You can easily relax while waiting. When I needed a shuttle to go to work, Santiago or Carlos Martinez (who is now an adviser) always started my day off to work in a fun and pleasant manner. They always made sure I was at work on time, or picked up at the scheduled time (during my lunch hour) so that I can proceed with my hectic schedule. Thanks Santiago & Carlos!! I forgot to mention, Ray Martin is my Sales guy. He's the best!! He listens and understands what a person needs and works with all the information you give. Ray, you are the man!! Many thanks!! I will continue to purchase my vehicles here because the service department is way above average.

leasing a Honda Accord 2017

After being turned down at multiple dealerships who were unable to help me because of my delicate situation, I walked into Honda expecting the same. Much to my surprise I was treated with such professionalism and kindness from the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my 2017 Honda Accord! If you are looking for great experience and a excellent car GO TO HONDA! Couldn't be happier , I would like to personally thank Ramin, Jesse, and Beejan for making it happen!

Ray Martin is an exceptional and caring salesman

I have never driven a Honda but had a great experience from the beginning until I drove off the lot with a new CRV. Ray was understanding, patient, enthusiastic, and genuine which made the whole process a blessing.

2016 Honda CRV buyer

Purchased my 2016 CRV through Manly Honda and it was a great experience. It was a pleasure to work with Neil Stanley in sales and Eric in Finance. We got there on Saturday afternoon and they were extremely busy. We drove from far away and I appreciated Neil giving me the best price after dealing with other dealerships in the Bay Area. The best part of the deal was how easy it was to trade-in my old car. Honestly after Neil and I had agreed on the price of the new car I though I would have to fight tooth and nail for the trade in. I was expecting what I had gotten from other dealerships with was to get a low offer and then argue and and have the salesman disappear for 45 minutes and then come back with $500 more for my trade. and repeat the process again several times, but that was my imagination. After my test drive of the CRV Neil and I went through my trade in and did a walk around the outside noting down everything of its features and blemishes. Neil and I then went to the computer plugged in all of the info on KBB.com and got what the price is (all of it in front of me not in a hidden backroom). He gave me a honest and fair trade in value, not an low ball initial offer from the dealership. The process took some time because they were so busy it took a while to get to the finance department. But this was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had, it was worth the long drive to get to these guys. I would highly recommend Neil and this dealrship

Excellent Service-Always

As usual, the service team provided professional and friendly service. Every time I go in I work with someone different and so far ALL of the Customer Service Representatives have been thorough and helpful.

Supper professional and friendly!!!

Getting my car serviced at Manly Honda is a five star hotel experience, from the moment I drop my car till the moment I leave. The waiting area is pleasant and convenient for work, the shuttle service to Santa Rosa is useful, and the personal is both friendly, accommodating, and very professional. A great experience each time.

Over and above

My experience at Manly Honda was the best I have ever had dealing with a service center. My advisor Bill Petty Was professional, sincere and sensitive to my concerns about budget and scheduling. Even though I had a difficult time line I had to work with he would not give up on providing me with various options. I felt that my problem became his problem and thus he was all in to help fix the situation. Kudos to Manly Honda and the high caliber of people on their team. PS Their service bay is something to see. It looks more like a laboratory than a garage. True white glove treatment not only for the people but also their beloved rides.

Down to Earth and Patient

I really want to thank Wayland for his exceptional service. As a first time car buyer I was extremely nervous about the process and had a million questions. He was very patient in answering any question I had. I really appreciated his down to earth personality and felt at ease immediately. I also appreciated that he wasn't too pushy or "salesy", which was something I was really nervous about going in. Any friend of mine who is looking for a new car will get a referral to Manly Honda and Wayland. I absolutely love my new ride! Thank you!
