Very knowledgable and patient salesman.
We had read reviews on the new Honda CRV and as we had time, on our rainy two weeks in California we decided to check out the CRV. We were greeted by Wayland and as we explained we were from out of town we didn't expect to have such good attention. Wayland actually took us out in the Touring CRV and was very patient and explained all the latest features on the vehicle. We are very impressed with his product knowledge and the CRV. When we replace our current vehicle the Honda CRV Touring will be at the top of our list! Thanks to Wayland and Manly Honda.

?Came to Manly to look at used inventory without an appointment. Jesse was the first person I talked to and he helped me the rest of the day. I had specifications and sure enough they gave me plenty of options! I was there for HOURS but, it was totally worth it. the next day I drove home with a 2016 AWD Nissan Rogue! It's been a week and I'm loving it so far. ?

Unprofessional
Dave Sambad was awful! And I only dealt with him for less then 10minutes. I went in to refund my GAP and warranty. He basically called me stupid for doing so because I was getting the warranty "dirt cheap" as he put it. He hands me the paper to sign and leave a reason as to why I was canceling while he sat across from me tapping his fingers on the desk. I asked him if he minded his response was "I've had a lot of coffee" I had to wait 2 hours to test drive because the key holder was broke! I didn't even test drive the truck! Overall Tom and Aldolfo were ok they managed to get me out in a timely matter. I'm going back to get leather seats. Either the service guys will make the experience all better or double my frustrations we'll see!

Pleasant and personal
We worked closely with Curt Miller. He developed a clear offer for the car we wanted and worked to get the car delivered in a reasonable time frame. We drove by two Honda dealerships to work with Curt at Manly. And we'll likely make the trip again. The experience involved no hassle on our part. The conversation regarding additional services etc were not pushy at all.

CR-V Service
Once again I am very pleased with my service experience at Manly Honda. Bill Robertson, my service advisor, was very pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain everything thouroughly and answer my questions. Service was completed in a timely manner, and I was on my way. The minute you pull up, it's like a hotel valet, someone greets you, they vacuum the car, very nice touch! It was my first visit there, so the customer service rep showed me around offered coffee ,soda ,took me to the appropriate people very very nice !! This dealership has customer service beyond expectations very very good !!

Honest, Ethical, Knowledgable and Helpful
We selected a used car from the Manly Honda dealership. There were many brands, makes and models to select from. Tom was very helpful in purchasing a used vehicle. His broad knowledge of the many brands was very helpful in the selection process. He knew safety ratings and possible service concerns of most models. If he did not know the answer he said so and looked up the information. During the closing process of the purchase, Tom tried to get us the best deal possible. Les the Finance Manager was also very helpful and patient. He reviewed each option, answered all our questions and got a lower than expected interest rate. I would highly recommend Tom, Les and the Manly Honda dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. 5+ stars
