Quality service appointment

I have brought my Civic to Manly Honda for years and I am always impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient the service department is. The service staff are always available to answer questions and I never feel like I am being talked-down-to, which I appreciate. Ted has often been my service technician and he is excellent, a pleasure to work with.

Very smooth and easy

Michael made the process very smooth and easy. He was friendly, comprehensive, and gracious in offering after-sale follow-up. I'm very happy with the car, and very happy with the purchase experience.

Routine Service

First class customer service from the moment I arrived. I was promptly greeted and had all of my concerns addressed in a timely fashion. My car was finished earlier than I even expected.

Comfortable

Coffee and filtered water readily available. Free internet. Cookies and snack bars available. Everyone friendly. all my questions answered. Still unable to wash your car though. Did vacuum. They should give away air fresheners. Clean bathroom.

New car buying experience

I went online to the Costco Auto Program and received a very quick response from Tom Larson. He explained the program and was very accommodating to my schedule, meeting me the same day. He was extremely attentive and straight forward with the process of buying my new Honda. It was the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. Good job Tom ! Also, Beejan was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my extended warranty plan, thank you!

100% not acceptable of shuttle service.

1st: Driver came 30 minutes late to pick me up.My schedule was 1 pm,He did not call and explained why? However, I could not go with him because I had patients at 2 pm. 2nd:shuttle service made another effort to pick me up @ 5:30 pm,but when I called @5:25 pm,I was told the driver had gone . Fortunately, My adviser Dave did not leave. He got another driver to come. I waited another 30 minutes.

You Guys Are The Greatest!

We normally see Bill Robertson; however, on this particular day it was Nick Hatch. Nick & Bill are "both" outstanding service representatives. Not only are they both super friendly with great smiles, but courteous and get all of your questions answered thoroughly When dealing with Nick, I expressed the fact that we needed to have the car completed no later than 11:00 a.m. due to another appointment that we had scheduled that day (our appt. was 9:30 a.m.). He told us "no problem", and he was right, as we got the car back way before 11:00. Our 2010 Honda Accord V-6 EXL (which we bought new at Manly) now has 92,000 miles and has had zero mechanical problems, just normal maintenance. Couldn't be happier with its performance. However, we're now due for the 90,000 and soon the 105,000 mile maintenance service. Nick printed out and covered what all would be done. which was much appreciated. All in all, we really enjoy coming to Manly Honda!! Oh, almost forgot, the warm cookies & drinks of your choice are pretty awesome, also!!!! Raymond Smith, Cloverdale

Thanks Ted

Every time I've been in for service Ted Krupinsky is the service advisor I like to work with. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a headlight that needed to be changed out and he made that happen very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Ted. It is because of you I keep going to Manly Honda.

Wonderful service and hospitality

I had a lot of issues with my Honda from the air conditioning controller, the over heating car, and fan belts. I was helped by Bill Robertson and he took great care of me. The shuttle was an SUV and I couldn't get into it with my disability so Honda grabbed a rental and Jesse (from the detailing department) drove me home. I really appreciate Jesse's kindness as he took me home. Thank you everyone for your great service and hospitality. -Todd Greenley
