As someone who has had plenty of bad experiences with car dealerships, I am happy to say this was not the case here. We enjoyed working with Doug, Ash and Scott, and had all of our concerns addresses. They were great at finding us a car for our price range, and hospitable and honest in our dealings.

Service was great and as they promised, They had to make some scheduling adjustments for me due to a computer error and were very happy to do so without me having to ask. Bill and Mandi were great to work with.

Julie Dormire was our sales consultant. What a great gal to work with. She was very informed about the cars available and fun to work with. She made buying our used 2015 Toyota Rav4 very comfortable. It is hard to find a good used Rav4 and Julie knew all about this car - and the price was good as well. Tom in the finance department handled all the paperwork and we decided to purchase a warranty through him as well. All in all, I have to say that this experience at this dealership was a pleasure. I had the towing package installed in my 2016 Honda Pilot along with the treatment package for the leather seats. All the work was done cleanly and quickly. The customer service people were exceptional!!
