They sold us a Nissan Pathfinder knowing that it has a CVT transmission defect. They won’t take the car back or trade it they chose to ignore the fact that I am now paying on a car that we can’t drive. I will be filing a lawsuit.

I walked in and payed 19,000 cash money on spot and was unable to register the truck in my name at the time. So we had it registered in my friends name, (believing that more than one person could be on title.) Well some how, I was swayed to sign a paper so they could take my name off completely. Now I know instead of fileing for a multi person title that should have been done there's something suspect about their bizz that's why they make u sign that document that holds them not accountable for reasons such as these. And not to mention there was a prob with my friend having it registered an so the paper plate was no good anyways but I wasn't notified of any of this because I was not on the title. Lol. But I was the one with having asked them if it was okay. Am the traveler that the truck travled off the lot with.

They look out for you with your best interest in mind. Especially Alma D. She rocks.she was so patient with me and caring we made each other's day.

They have no problem discriminating against the disabled. Was refused the opportunity to apply for credit because im disabled. When questioned about it they replyed we own the finance co so we give out loans to who we want. Does that go for people of color? I wonder

Scam car sales. They are taking advantage of people during a pandemic, selling broken down cars. Trash place. Do not shop here. They are criminals.

Please stay away from this outfit, they only sell salvaged junk cars etc and have no clue about customer service or talking to people this place should be shutdown forever.... save yourselves time money and headaches and the stress Especially Matt and izzy from the Camelback location

I was in the market for used truck or SUV. I found an F-150 I liked and called Cactus Jack’s about the car. From the second the salesman picked up the phone (I don’t remember his name) he treated me as an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. I told him I had a trade/car to sell, he asked how much I wanted for it, and I told him based on the KBB dealer trade value. He then went on to tell me that what I was asking is actually the retail value (it wasn’t) and it was not a realistic value. He is either a deceitful salesman or incompetent. Next, I inquired about the truck that I had found online. After I told him which truck it was, he told me what the price was and that number was something like $1,500 more than the advertised price. When I questioned the price, he got incredibly defensive and brushed it off. The rest of the conversation, maybe 2-3 minutes, was me asking question to which I received very short answers. He was clearly just trying to get me off the phone. I would not recommend this dealership if I got a commission for the referral. This was the epitome of the “used car salesman” experience. Happy to say that I worked with Ideal Cars AZ and they gave me a fair trade value, a great price on my “new” SUV, and I would happily refer friends to them

They say they report to credit bureaus but they don’t! You’ll end up paying 4 times the amount for a used car. Towards the end of your contract if you miss a payment they will repo ASAP

Purchased a 2013 Kia Forte. Immediately noticed a clicking sound when making turns which is a bad CV joint. CJ said bring it in and they would fix it. Got the car back and same thing... nothing was done. Then calling back they said it was past the 15 days and they are not liable. Then shortly after that the car started smoking clouds of white smoke. They said take it to their extended warranty facility. When calling to make appointment they said it would require a $300. co-pay. We spent our last $700. for the down payment and now we have a car that is no good. This company is dishonest and will cheat you. BE SMART AND STAY CLEAR. WISH WE DID. It's amazing this site has a good rating of this dealer when nobody else does????
