It was a pleasure working with Victor and Tony at Gaithersburg, Acura. Not only was Victor in touch while the car was being built and delivered, but was responsive afterwards with questions and follow up. Tony made the financial discussion seamless!

Just brought my new car home today. This was the easiest process. I made a new friend in Victor Castro. He and Sabbir and Tony were terrific to work with. I think this is my 6th Acura. I’m a true believer!

Victor was amazing - he made sure I got exactly what I wanted - never tried to sell me something else. So kind and responsive wanted to make sure I was totally pleased with my selection. Victor Castro was a true professional and so knowledgeable about the workings and the new technology. He was a pleasure and without his help I would never have been able to drive out of the parking lot - my last Acura was a 2010. I would recommend everyone to go see him- AS for Rosenthal they were all pleasant happy and helpful. The finance gentleman was excellent and everything was so quick.

I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional.
