I dont see the kind blond girl sales rep that helped me get my mother her car but if you're reading this, Thank You! I have had nothing but bad experiences with their service department...wish I had bought my car somewhere else....I could go into why..but it’s just to long. Just go somewhere else.

This company is dishonest and they teach their salespeople to be the same. We bought a car and when we went to pick it up they sold it to somebody else who conveniently paid more for it. “Don’t worry”, they said, “we have many other cars we can sell you, and no we won’t give you back your deposit.” We promptly told them where to go and put a stop payment on the non-refundable deposit. I’ve never had an experience like this.

Our experience with Murdock Hyundai was pleasant. Conrad was knowledgeable and courteous explaining the various features of the cars we were interested in. At the same time there was no pressure tactics you experience at other dealerships.

Jason Creech is the salesperson to ask for. Very professional. He will respond through text messages along with taking your phone calls. He found what we were looking for and made the buying process feel seamless. Thanks again for treating your costumers like they matter. Keep up the great work.

Told me they would have an estimate by noon. Called at least five times and spent nearly two hours on hold. Got a text message at two minutes to 5 that they were working on it. Worst customer service ever!
