Thompsons GMC

This is the second car I have purchased from Thompsons. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of my transactions. Both times I agreed on a price before I set foot in the dealership, and both times they honored that price and didn’t put any pressure on me to purchase anything I was not interested in. Great selection and great people at this dealership, I highly recommend them!

This has been my 5th new car buy from Thompson’s and I have to say, knowing my interests they had a car and information ready for my review when I arrived but made sure if I had other interests, they took the time to answer all questions and address them. Ed was very professional and not a doubt, I will go back for vehicle #6

By far this has been the best car buying experience to date. Sean was a true gentleman and treated me with the utmost respect. Usually as a woman you are looked down upon and treated as if you dont know anything and the whole team went above and beyond in making my first brand new car experience incredible.

My experience was great. They fufilled my needs promptly. Customer service was great! Got excactly what i wanted for the price i wanted to pay. After purchasing the vehicle. I noticed that 3 of the tires were having issues. Thompsons GMC took action and repaired items efficiently at no cost. 👌

My husband and I went to look for a new truck for him.We wanted to trade in our old 17 year old truck and got a reasonable price for our old truck. We told Dustin what we wanted and Thompson’s had a couple of options for us. They treated my husband and I very well, they answered all of our questions and we were able to purchase the truck for a fair price along with a warranty. Will be returning in about 2 years to purchase a Yukon XL Denali for me.

We had our car in the shop for repairs and then decided to buy a new car instead of fixing our car, since Sean made us a great deal. It was a pleasure doing business there. We felt good about the deal we got-that it was a fair deal and we didn’t get ripped off. And there wasn’t a lot of pressure on us.
