I've taken my old Prius to Maita for service for twelve years. They have always been helpful and attentive. I was satisfied overall with the purchase of my new Prius and the car itself is great. The process, however, seemed endless and took seven hours. The paperwork is tedious and our salesperson kept telling us, "Just another five minutes." But each "five minute" turned into hours. I know it's a meticulous process and does take time--but seven hours? Our salesperson was cheerful and had some helpful suggestions, but did not have answers to some of our questions. Still, overall, I am pleased.

I arrived on time, they greeted me, took me into shop. I knew it was an all day appt, because of a recall on the transmission, so I asked for a rental, and was given one. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. When I thought it should me done, I called, and they said it was done, so I went to get my car, and asked the service man why he didn't call, and he said he did call, and said what time he called. I never got the call, so this is the only thing that happened in the negative. It was a nice experience. This is the second new car I have purchased at Maita Toyota. They are a super business.
