They were courteous, very helpful. This was a time intensive task and they were concerned about the inconvenience of such a long wait, so they offered me alternate transportation.

Excellent Service. We called ahead to see if they had the truck I wanted and they had is sitting out front when we arrived. In and out in less than 2 hours. I've bought several automobiles in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have had.

My husband and I went to check out the used Prius that were on the other lot and met David. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about the cars and listened to what we were looking for. I knew I didn't want a car that was older than my last Prius and with more miles on it. I also didn't want a pearl white one either (kind of sick of that color). We looked around and talked a bit and then went over to the main lot and finally decided on the gray 2017 Prius. The car is great - smooth, quiet and responds well. I don't know how you would decrease the time it takes to go through the buying process. That's my only complaint Wendi, Jamie and David did a great job. All of your staff checked repeatedly to see if we needed anything, were thirsty, etc. So this was a good experience overall.

I brought my car in early and they told me they would not be able to get to it until my scheduled appointmentt, time. But it was done shortly after my scheduled time.
