I have been coming to Chuck Patterson for repairs on my Camrys since I moved to Chico in the early 90s and I have always been happy with the service. The repairs have always been excellent. One of the reasons I initially kept coming back was Tex who arranged my appointments and checked me in. He took such good care of my car service needs and those of my Mom too (who also had a Camry). When he retired a few years ago I was a bit concerned who would be managing my customer service. Fortunately for me, Liz is just as good as Tex. She has been able to schedule maintenance appointments for me around my complex life and limited schedule. I always feel fully informed when I leave a service appointment because she has explained the work that was done on my car, and any work that is clearly needed in the future. I cannot imagine taking my Toyota anywhere else for service!
