My partner and I were well received and expertly taken care of to trade in our Toyota Rav4 for a new 2018 Rav4 we purchased. Although they did not have on property lot the exact color and model we requested, they made sure to find us one close by and accommodated our wishes. The process was quite pleasant (I have had previous-purchase of cars elsewhere that were not pleasant). The sales people were very nice, not pushy and listened to our concerns and requests. They actually called us with the proposition to purchase back our used Toyota for a new one. They made sure the deal was one we could afford. We are very happy with our purchase and expect to stay a long-time customer. We will return to Chico Patterson Toyota for our maintenance and any added things we may want. David and Chuck were awesome. They treated us will great respect and really made us feel like they wanted to do the best job possible for us. David listened to our needs and then told us about all the trucks that would fit our needs. He then allowed us to leave and look at trailers so that we could return and then he was very understanding when we changed our minds and decided to go with a new truck. He even came in on his day off to meet us to make sure things were ok when we brought in our motor home. This is the 3rd car I have bought from you and because of how we have been treated my daughter bought one from you last week and so did her friend. I even told a friend of ours about you yesterday. I love the fact that you don't pressure people and you let your cars sell themselves and you give people a fair and honest price. I walked into the dealership and then was able to go home and look at all your trucks and see the prices for myself. David and Chuck were honest and fair with us and made us feel like they were trying to really help us.

Gilbert in service was very prompt and very polite. He helped right away from the moment I called in to the moment we left the dealership. His knowledgeable expertise allowed us to be able to get back on the road and on to our thanksgiving holiday .
