I arrived at the dealership's service department at 5:00PM. A fellow had alerted me to problems with corrosion around my battery terminals. The service manager Darren immediately looked at the battery and advised me that the corrosion had developed recently and indicated that the battery would soon need replacement. The battery was the original factory one installed in 2013. It was guaranteed for 3 years and I had gotten more years of service from it. He had a Toyota Interstate battery available and I asked that the old battery be removed and the new one installed. Darren immediately had service technicians take the car and install the new battery. The new battery's posts were treated with a protective coating to prevent corrosion. I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service and the helpfulness of service manager Darren.

We do like the car and the sales people were nice. We knew exactly what we wanted and they were able to get the car from another dealer in a few days. Overall I think it took 4+ hours to finalize the purchase and have the car reviewed with us. This was after we had pre-filled all the paperwork to make it go smoothly. This was frustrating. We did not know it was going to take so long and had to come back twice to complete the purchase. This part was frustrating.

The service was just for a check-up, looking at my brakes, tire pressure, rotating the tires, etc. It was super quick so that only a few hours after I left I got a call. The few things that could be adjusted with my car they fixed, and let me know I could schedule a next apointment right then. Everything was explained very concisely about what sort of things were done to my car, and it was perfectly affordable. All in all it was great service and I will continue coming to Chuck Patterson.

Everyone was helpful and attentive. Little issues that came up were corrected in a timely manner.

Darren was great to work with, even though the service took longer than I was initially told.
