Purchased a new Rogue

Hove Nissan has been my dealer of choice 3 times.

I have chosen Seth as my sales associate for the last 3 times I have purchased a car from Hove Nissan. I have always had excellent customer service, obtained a great car at a reasonable price that fit my budget, and have always encountered a group employees that really work with you. I haven't gone to another dealership or sales associate since my first experience in 2009.

a wonderful experience in purchasing an automobile

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2016 Nissan Ultima from Hove Nissan. My salesman, Jim Verthein was wonderful and did all the paperwork. The owner, Brad Hove, spent some time talking to me and insuring I had a good experience. I highly recommend Hove Nissan to anyone looking for a new car.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

Hands down the best dealership I've ever dealt with. From start to finish it was hassle free. I told them what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. They didn't try to sell me on something I wasn't interested in like most other dealerships do. Hats off to my salesman Matt Shipley who went above and beyond for me!!

Very pleasant and positive purchasing experience

I recently purchased 2012 Suzuki SX4 Crossover from Hove Nissan in Bradley, Illinois. From start to finish, the process went very smoothly and I have no complaints. After looking for two years, I discovered the car with the options I wanted and at a price significantly below Blue Book value. The sales consultant, Seth Garrett picked-me up at my motel, and answered all my questions in a friendly, non-pressure manor. Mr. Garrett then let me drive the car for as long as necessary and when I mentioned the problems encountered (some major), he had them taken care of without any cost to me - somewhat of a surprise as the asking price for the car left little margin for profit. I then met with the Finance Manager, Mr. Terry Schwartz, and he described all of the financing and warranty options, again without pressure and non-rushing the answers. In addition, Mr. Schwartz was able to quote me one of the lowest financing rates and allowed me a long period to decide on warranty coverage. With all the paperwork processed and the car washed/cleaned, Mr. Garrett made certain that I was familiar with the controls, gave me a full tank of gas, and many thanks. This experience was very pleasant and the only regret was that I wish I could do more business with Hove Nissan but the distance from my home (approximately 350 miles) makes that difficult.

Great service and sales departments

We have done business with this dealership for over twenty years. Their service department is excellent. The work is done well and on time. The service manager, Tom, has many years of experience and this helps greatly in providing excellent customer service and repair knowledge and explanation. The customer knows what the problem is with the vehicle and the choices, costs, time commitments, and whether the company is able to offer any financial assistance through current programs offered by Nissan. We have also purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership and have been very happy with the purchase and the sales staff. We requested the salesman Seth. This salesman is very knowledgeable of the products, incentives, and options. He is willing to spend whatever time the customer needs to answer questions, explain incentives, options, financing, the features of the new vehicle, or whatever else the customer requires. We leave the dealership feeling good about the experience.

Professional, Honest, Hospitable

We were looking for vehicles online, and we came across Hove. We were excited to find out that their prices online were the legit prices of their vehicles. Hove didn't stick us with any hidden fees, and do not charge a docking fee like other dealerships. The staff was very welcoming upon our entry, and very hospitable throughout the entire process. Our sales rep was very thorough in listening to our needs to make sure we found the perfect vehicle for our family. After we had chosen a vehicle, and we had gone through the entire sales process our used car was given to us looking and smelling like a new car. We had an overall very pleasant experience at Hove, and would definitely suggest them to our friends and family.

Great experience

I purchased a car at Hove Nissan in Bourbonnais and the experience was very painless, the salesman John McAuley was awesome, fun and explained several features on the car that were very helpful. Everything about the experience was great.
