Labor Day

I haven't purchased a car in years and honestly, I don't remember it being this easy. Nothing against Nissans but, I purchased a used 2010 Toyota Sequoia. The team was friendly and worked to the very last minute before closing on a Holiday to make sure that my deal was done. This is the SUV I wanted for a decent price. My only issue was the Warranty that I had to purchase which raised my note another 50+ but, all else went great. Thanks Guys for your help.

Great buying experience!

These guys are the best! Jim in sales was awesome to deal with! RJ in finance was the fastest ever with paperwork! Totally painless experience! I highly recommend Hove for any vehicle purchase!

We are very happy with our Pathfinder we just purchased. Ivan Garcia was our salemanwas very helpful with all of our questions..My husband had been in there 4 or 5 times looking at the Pathfinder.. We were needing a larger car to seat 5 grandkids in car seats....James was just back to the dealership for a question about the loanand Ivan met him at the door just like he had did all the other times....Everyone was very helpful and polite... Always a great experience!

R.J. Is awesome! He has sold us 3 cars and always gets us into a car we love at the payment level we need. I feel like I have my own personal salesman. He even came in on his day off to show me some cars.

Best car buying experience!

My experience at Hove Nissan was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesmen Seth and RJ, sales manager Dennis, and finance manager Terry went above and beyond my expectations. I had been trying to find a specific new Nissan for a few weeks and my local Nissan dealer didn't provide much help in trying to locate it for me. After checking inventory online and reading the great reviews of Hove Nissan, I gave them a call. I spoke with the salesmen Seth and he was very helpful over the phone and managed to get the same deal at Hove that I had already worked out at my local dealer. They even gave me the same trade in value for my car that my local dealer quoted me without seeing it first because of how far away I was. Seth was able to hold the car I was looking for until the next day when I was able to get to the dealer. When I got there I felt very comfortable and never felt pressured at all. They never tried to get my to buy anything additional for the car. All they did was offer me the extended warranty, gave me the brochure, said look it over and said let us know if you want to go with it within 10 days. RJ and Seth were very thorough when showing me how everything worked in the car before I left. Dennis and Terry were very professional when going over my trade in and the finances for the car. It was the smoothest car buying trip I have ever had and this was my 7th car purchase to date. I would definitely recommend going to this dealer, you will not be disappointed! I will go see them again whenever the next time I am in the market for another car. Thanks for everything Hove!

Perfect Family Oriented Dealership

Our experience at Hove Nissan was fantastic, we ended up buying a 2014 Nissan Murano. Our saleman was RJ Lancaster, but he wasn't really a saleman. He talked us through the buying process and what type of options we had. He wasn't pushy nor sales oriented. He wasn't traditional car salesman, he wanted to listen and take our time. It took us a couple weeks to decide, and then we were able to get everything ready over the phone and pick up our brand new car on a Saturday. The finance employee, Terri, was great. He was upfront with additional offers that could be included, and we declined. So he didn't pursue, and he was able to change our due date. He had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out in 5 minutes. Overall it was a terrific experience. I would recommend the staff and Hove's to anyone.

Felt very comfortable and not pressured

I felt very comfortable and not pressured to buy that very day. They gave me the info I needed about the vehicles I was interested in. I would definitely return to this dealer.

Great service from beginning to end

Let me start by saying I hate the car buying process. It feels like you're being taken advantage of and I hate that feeling. But Ivan, RJ, and Terry were excellent to work with. Ivan contacted me immediately after my internet inquiry and was very nice. RJ went out and checked out the car and told me it'd be worth my long drive to see it (he was right). Ivan had it cleaned and ready for us, was super nice, very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was a pleasure to deal with. Terry in the finance office was quick and efficient and assured us we wouldn't drive a minivan forever. :) They were a great bunch and fun to work with.
