I left very disappointed with my experience. Despite explaining that I am on a fixed income, I was pressured into nearly a $700/month payment on a used car. When I called the next day to return it, the dealership refused to work with me. The entire process took over 5 hours, and I felt worn down and misled. To make matters worse, only 3 days after purchase they offered me a “trade-in” — but only if I financed negative equity on a car I had just bought. This felt incredibly unfair and predatory. Overall, I left feeling taken advantage of and would not recommend this dealership to others.
