Took my 4runner i for its 10,000 mi oil change and to get

Took my 4runner i for its 10,000 mi oil change and to get my tires rotated. The guy that checked me in, very nice and professional. However, I made it very clear I did not want my truck pulled out and parked. After waiting a long hour and 45 mins.i decided to check the status of my truck.( I'm a very tidy person and take really good care of my things) As they lowered my truck down and shut the hood. I watched a guy covered in grease, roll down all my windows. Resting his forearm on my door. He went to pull my truck out, gased it, not realizing it was neutral instead of drive. Then slammed it into drive. I about lost it! As he's driving my truck around the lot! I caught up to him, and asked him to please get out of my truck. He informed me he was parking! I told him no and please get out! He insisted parking. I said to him, pull my truck right here into a spot and get out. He proceeded to park my truck, and shoved it in park before coming to a complete stop! What the xxxx! This is my truck, I bought it brand new with 2 mi on it! I feel so disrespected, when I'm suppose to trust you with my vehicle? Not to mention the guy moved my seat, left his gross arm print on my door! Ugh! Ended up being a 2hr day for an oil change! Maybe don't schedule so many appointments for one day!

Easy to make on line appointments. Service personnel are always friendly and conscientious. The service area is clean, the showroom is clean and the waiting area comfy and clean. Restroom is clean.
