Thank you Doug at Gresham Toyota!

I walked into Gresham, Toyota and I knew I needed a car that day.. I had been driving around with my kids in a torn up vehicle so it was a must at this point. I wanted to find something reliable, nice, and something of course with in my exact budget. A man name Doug approached me that day and my life changed in so many ways! Not only did I meet one of their most wonderful employees but spending as much time as I did with Doug that day I made a friend! He made sure to stay by my side and do his absolute best to find exactly what I needed! I test flexible lots of nice vehicles on their lot and found the perfect one for me! Doug not only helped me in so many ways with finding the right car but he also assured me I was getting that car no matter what that day! I drove away in my new 2018 BMW 330I with the biggest smile on my face! He did everything he promised and made it happen! Thank you so much to all the employees at Gresham Toyota who helped that day and most of all Doug! -Jamie

I just recently purchased a 2022 Toyota RAV4.

I just recently purchased a 2022 Toyota RAV4. My salesman, Chris Moyer was fantastic. He was honest, friendly and made the buying process very enjoyable. He went above and beyond to insure my experience was nothing less than perfect. Great guy and place!

Purchased new Highlander Hybrid from Gresham

In an era of Covid and chip shortages purchasing a new car can be difficult. We left another dealer because of this. Coming to Gresham Toyota was great. Walking in the door we met with the Sales Manager Chris Dversdal and within 30 minutes we had a new Highlander Hybrid not yet built assigned to us. Before we left we were introduced to our internet Sales Manager Kim Young. We were so lucky having her work thru this process with us. She called us when our car was built and shipped. She called when car arrived. She even offered to come in on her day off and we said no. When we picked up our car Kim met us at the door. We took a drive in our car and afterword she explained components of the car and set up our phones. We also worked with Brian Griffin who did the paperwork for license plates. WOW!! The entire process was easy and very professional. Thank you, Tommie and Beve Tucker

Worked with Brooke Batten to get my 2022 4runner SR5

Worked with Brooke Batten to get my 2022 4runner SR5 Premium custom ordered online. She was attentive and genuine. The process of trading in two cars for one can be time consuming, but Brooke kept us entertained and the time flew by. Everyone that was a part of the transaction really made it a painless process. As with my previous Toyotas, I will be going there exclusively for service.

Thanks DOUG!

Doug (sales manager)was very helpful and friendly throughout our journey with the purchase of our new vehicle. Sadly, the finance manager David Delay was VERY RUDE and PUSHY asking multiple times if we would purchase extended warranty even after telling him NO multiple times and trying to get us to sign/initial papers before allowing us time to review them. If it wasn’t for the kindness/hassle free feeling we got from Doug during the first process of purchasing our vehicle, We would have walked away with nothing!😕 I’m not recommending your dealership because nobody should feel the way we felt at the end of the process! I wish the whole process could have been with Doug.

All the car shopping sites say that this dealership does

All the car shopping sites say that this dealership does home delivery. Apparently they do not. And told me that they have no control over what the websites say. I tried to schedule a test drive for a car and the salesperson didn't respond for days. Then they responded that it was their days off and asked if I would like to come in. I ended up going to another dealership and finding the car and I wanted. And they delivered. Just like their ad said they would.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento on Wednesday night. They will add a protection package to the car and not advertise it with the price. When you see the final price its more then what is advertised on the internet, read the contract carefully. The sales manager came over and he wrote down what credit union I wanted my the loan through. He came back and showed me the interest rate and my monthly payments. At signing I noticed the interest rate and the monthly payment were higher. At that time the finance person stated that Chase had agreed to match my interest rate. I told him, I did not agree to this and to change it back to my credit union. Guess what, my interest rate went down and my payment lower. Is this the practice that this company uses to take advantage of a women. The unprofessionalism and shadiness is in full force at this dealer. Another issue, It was after dark when they completed their final cleaning of the Sorento and I assumed it would be the same as I parked it but without all the window stickers. The next day when I went to transfer my belongings into the new SUV I noticed three large scratches on the driver door and the back seat has dirt all over them from someone with shoes stepping on them. None of these items were there when I parked the car after the test drive. Triple check the car before you sign the contract. One of the key fobs was not working and Nate the salesmen stated it was probably just the battery, after being at the dealer for a few hours he handed me the keys. I asked if he got the other fob to work? He stated the parts department had closed and he couldn’t get a battery. I asked what if it doesn’t work after I put in a new battery. He stated” if it doesn’t work we’ll deal with it then”. I called him and stated I installed a new battery and it didn’t work, his fix was go to a Kia dealer. They lost a customer for life and anyone I’m associated with never buy from this dealership. I did call and leave a message with the GM,\ before leaving this review and haven't heard back.

Luis Medrano had replied to my message asking if the car

Luis Medrano had replied to my message asking if the car was still available. I made an appointment to see the car the next day. I text Luis when I left work to let him know I was on my way. I drove two hours to get to Gresham, I was around the corner from the dealership when Luis text me to tell me the car had just been sold but to go ahead and come in and he would find me a car? So disrespectful of my time! I was looking for a Honda Pilot, I didn’t want another type of car. Won’t go there again.

Tried to up charge 15k on a 30k car and wouldn’t work...

Tried to up charge 15k on a 30k car and wouldn’t work with me. Talked down on us like we didn’t know the basics of buying cars.
