Tried to up charge 15k on a 30k car and wouldn’t work...

Tried to up charge 15k on a 30k car and wouldn’t work with me. Talked down on us like we didn’t know the basics of buying cars.

They provided good service and sales, but had the typical...

They provided good service and sales, but had the typical "add-ons" that no one would buy in their right mind. They also "forgot" about a $1500 rebate on a maintenance contract until the final financing work was started after we had turned down the optional contract, which we did finally accept.

October 30th, 2021, I come in with my ex wife to sign off...

October 30th, 2021, I come in with my ex wife to sign off on a vehicle which I thought this was the last thing I had to do. I get a call from my community credit union on November 15th stating that they still have not received a payoff check so therefore if you don't pay on the vehicle it will go against your credit. I had no choice to pay on a vehicle I no longer have possession of. The finance department at Gresham Toyota is terrible. It took many calls to even get them motivated. Needles to say it took them an entire month to get my credit union a pay off check. I had no choice to report them to the better business bureau. They still haven't even responded to them. *Don't do business with them.* Still waiting for a resolution 🙄

Bought a “certified used” Highlander and the battery kept...

Bought a “certified used” Highlander and the battery kept going dead. After numerous jump starts, I replaced the battery ($370). Dealership sold me car with cheap battery that doesn’t work with auto on/off start. Called numerous times for explanation - no return call. Very poor customer service.

Unprofessional no courtesy DONT waste your time

I called and set an appointment to look at a truck It was a 2.5 hour drive one way Chris the salesman wrote to me that morning “looking forward to working with you see at 11 am” We get there and he’s busy with someone else even though we set up an appointment! He pawns us off on someone else who tells us the truck we came in to look at sold LAST night!! So why did Chris write us saying see you this morning Wasted 5 hours and cost of fuel Ver unprofessional and no courtesy or apology How would you feel???

Warranty work and oil change

Greatest experience ever for car maintenance. Quick, honest, and they made sure that I was fully aware of my car’s condition, which was awesome. I have peace of mind knowing my car is in great shape. And it took less time than they first stated. I’m going back there every time now.
