Worst experience ever
Absolutely awful. Every cliche trick in the book to scam every last dollar from us. This was my daughters first car buying experience and they were terrible. Lied about a “tax” that they never actually showed us we had to pay. Then reduced it when we were negotiating. How do you negotiate a tax that you’re required to pay? Then pulled her credit after she was already pre approved and blamed the credit union. They had no reason to; they just wanted to try to get her to move to Toyota financing. We left and roasted them on Google. Only then did they call us back and apologize. Still screwed with her and we ended up having to go 3 times for what should have been a very simple and exciting experience for my daughter. We will never buy from them again and our credit union told us they are considering dropping them as a partner due to multiple complaints about their tactics.

Purchased 2021 Tacoma
Purchased a 2021 Tacoma from Wayne Moore. We were looking for specific options and color. Wayne did a dealer search and dealer swap and found one in the pipeline. He worked with us for 3 months to get the exact truck we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the dedication and service Wayne gave us throughout the buying process.

Always great service especially my last visit where they took care of my recall work and also issue with my roof...my warranty expired a month ago but they still honor.

From the first phone call a couple of days before I actually went to the dealership, till the purchase was complete, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and informative. Jesus ,the sales rep, went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale including driving clear out to Hillsboro on his own time so my wife could sign paperwork. The finance guy, Brian, took plenty of time to go over every bit of the paperwork with me and made for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I connected with Aimee through the Costco program. She was great to work with from the beginning. Not only did she come over as bright and enthusiastic, but when she said she would contact me on a specific day with more information, she did! For me, keeping a commitment you make is very important, so top marks to Aimee. I also spent some time with Kaity while waiting for the paperwork and preparations to be completed. She did an excellent job keeping me chatting. I hope she wasn't too bored, she certainly hid it well if she was. All in all, a very good experience.

I purchased a brand new Toyota 4Runner in 2018 from Gresham Toyota. Since that time they have taken wonderful care of my ride! Since there are always a million things on our plate it’s nice to have the service department contact me anytime I’m due to take my vehicle in to be serviced. Great Service: GOOD LISTENERS
I primarily worked with Emily Geister during my purchase and she was excellent! I had been calling dealership after dealership, looking for a very specific Subaru in a specific color at a very specific out-the-door price. FINALLY, I found it at Gresham Toyota and they were so good to me through the whole process. They didn't try to sell me any extra crap aside from what they were required to disclose according to my bank (I was pre-approved for a loan). In fact, they were so accomodating during this time and so understanding of the fact that we didn't want to expose my grandma to too many people that they had Emily follow me to her house an hour away to get her co-sign signatures! The desk manager, whom I don't remember the name of, was also excellent! One star off customer service because my only gripe would be with the finance guy I worked with, Joshua David. He was nice/polite for the most part, but I felt he was just a bit sarcastic and mansplain-y with me when trying to sell me a warranty and gap insurance. I wound up getting them both, but I think a softer approach might have been better in general, especially with a first-time buyer. Also, I wanted to include that they DO NOT hold cars, so don't start looking at their inventory until you get to the point where you're ready to come over and buy. Plus, buyer beware, it's a very popular place on a Saturday, their parking becomes very limited, so be prepared to deal with the crowd and the cars that come with them. Some woman thought it was okay to park across in front of three car spaces-- blocking in two dealership cars and someone's personal car. *SMH* Anyway, overall, this dealership experience was great and I am very pleased with my buy!
