Eric Escueta demonstrated an excellent customer service. He is very friendly, courteous, and professional. For the last several years, we have always dealt with only one car dealership and this is our first time to visit Sheehy Nissan. We are very happy with our experience. Eric is very honest in dealing with his customer and offers a great advice. Staffs with great customer service what makes a great business not only the $$$$. I was looking online at Altima's. Sheehy Nissan Of Manassas happened to have one that I liked at a great price, so I decided to call in. Kris Byrd told me the car was available and anwsered all my questions in a quick and responsible manner. I set an appointment and went on in. Kris made my car buying experience quick and easy. There were no games at all. I got the exact car I wanted at the advertised price. To many dealers like to play the price Game. Not these guys. Thanks Kris I will be sending all my peeps you way.

2013 Nissan Juke SL Purchase from the salesman, Eric Escueta
My overall experience with the Nissan purchase (Juke SL) was very remarkable. Since I was not pleased with my previous purchase of my Honda Civic, Eric helped me picked the car that I really needed/wanted. The staff at Nissan are very friendly and knowledgeable and of course noteworthy of mention is the professionalism and caring attitude that Eric displayed. Highly recommended!
