Fixed my problem and gave me a prompt Lyft ride home. Recommended other maintenance as well which I did elsewhere due to the high cost at the dealer.

I came in to get a second key made. Ian gave me a good estimate of how long it would take and made sure I had a comfortable and convenient (I needed to work from my laptop) place to wait. I had some other issues associated with my visit and he was considerate and professional in helping me. It was as an overall very good experience there.

Went in for a diagnostic check up. Customer service was great from making the appointment to getting my car back. Toyota paid for a lift ride to work after I dropped my car off, they texted me when my car was ready for pick-up and they recommended items that I should have done in my car with no hassle. I’d definitely recommend visiting this dealership.

I took my Prius in for an early morning 65,000 mile service. Check in was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. It could not have gone better.

My older model Avalon needed an oil change plus additional repairs. My advisor Andrew was very helpful and courteous. Overall costs were less than I anticipated. I appreciated the care and concern I was shown.

Brought vehicle in as battery was showing a problem. Service checked it out and didn't charge a cent. Happily drove the car to the beach.

I brought my car to Portland Broadway Toyota because they were great to me at a prior service issue I needed help with. I used to go to a differentbdealership for service , but they were not as friendly or courteous as Portland Broadway Toyota has been. I will always bring my car to them for service and when I'm ready to buy my next car I will come to them for that as well.

Not a breeze but tolerable. Got a great rig from a nice guy. After adding a lot of extras it was ready as promised. Dealership customer parking is dreadful but salesman can’t help that.

My 18 year old niece getting her first car purchase. Was a great experience for her and I. Nathan Gant , our sales rep was amazing. No pressure , very informative and made the purchase experience a great time. My niece was overjoyed at her car purchase ! Would definitely recommend Nathan @ Portland Toyota.
