Lexus of Portland

This was the second slightly used car that I have bought from Lexus of Portland, each time I leave feeling that I have made a solid purchase and that I can feel confident that I will be back to buy another, very professional.

My second purchase from Evan Whitaker was in November, a 2013 ES350. The car is amazing and Evan is so easy to work with. Easily would recommend Lexus, Lexus of Portland and Evan Whitaker.

Lexus of Portland quality of Service ranks among the very best in this industry. Buying an auto is not an easy process, however w escaled one side of that mountain, going down the other side was made easier by good ol customer service from the people who worked at the Dealership. People drive this process and if they fail the entire process fail. Lexus of Portland took the time and made sure on my next car purchase it would be at Lexus of Portland.

I had a great car buying experience with Nicole at Lexus of Portland. Nicole has recently moved into sales, and it's very easy to see why as she's such a "people person". Nicole made us feel welcome from the moment we met her! The decision process took us over a week, and she was never pushy or applied any pressure, but was always there to answer questions!

Our experience with Daniel Okhotin has been consistently excellent. At the time of sale he answered every question we had, was firm but not pushy and told us he would be available after purchase to help us in any way we needed. That has proved to be true. We have called him many times at the dealer, and at home with questions and he has never told us to just read th manual. We live across the mountain from the dealer and becuase of Daniels help we have not had to return to the dealer for answers to our questions. In our minds, he is a great example of what a car salesman can be and he is certainly a credit to the dealer and to Lexus.

The last thing in the world I want when I am acquiring a vehicle is the old "what's it gonna take to get you to buy this car today?" approach. I got just the opposite from Lexus of Portland. Evan Whitaker was totally straight with me from the start. He gave me the best deal possible with his first offer. I appreciate honesty, respect and the ease of purchase I experienced at Lexus of Portland.

Even Whitaker was far and away the best car sales person we have ever worked with. It really felt his first objective was finding the right car for us and he was willing to take the time to do so. He did not pressure you to take the first car you showed interest in, but rather found the cars within your budget and let you explore the differences so you could be comfortable with your choice. He made us (The customer) feel valued, and made the experience one that we actually enjoyed. Its really hard to explain just how different Even was. I would highly recommend him.

I just want to say that while I was going to purchase a car (used certified Lexus)at the dealership, I was treated well, however, upon waiting to sign papers, the car was damaged by their detail person removing an invisible bra from the hood which also removed paint - now it has to go for a repaint on the hood - now the car is damaged - and while at the shop for that repair more damage done to it on the back bumper ---- Once all is said and done - they were not willing to renegotiate the price since the damage and are wanting to sell it for full price to someone unsuspecting!! Buyer beware, I am not sure of the ethics at this dealership ---- Funny how phone calls were not returned on time etc. once we wanted the price dropped! I went elsewhere to buy my car!
