Skyline Ford

I don't like car dealerships: the shmoozing, the waiting game, the "manager needs to review your application" nonsense, all of the typical dealership junk that can consume an entire day. Literally. Skyline Ford was different. Jeff White took care of us, communicated the process of looking at the specific used car we wanted and the in-store process took 2 hours. We left with a GREAT deal on financing, the car we wanted and didn't feel pressured during the whole visit. They have some great used cars and of course, new ones. If you aren't looking for a Ford, they also own the Acura & Mercedes dealerships in town as well.

Our person was Francisco. He made sure I got exactly the truck I was looking for. He never tried to sell me something I didn't want. They were very fair with us on the trade in.

This is my second truck (F150) purchased from Skyline. On both occasions the sales consultants were pleasant to work with and professional. The consultant I worked with recently was Jack Clevenger, Thank you Jack.

I initially had a bad experience with the service department, but I received a phone call from Tracy at Skyline Ford wanting to make things right. I really appreciated the effort to reach out and find out how they can improve customer service. I think it was just a communications problem that has since been resolved. Kudos to Skyline Ford!
