Kendall Toyota was provided me with outstanding service. I was not sure of the leasing procedures and they were extremely helpful. I would rate them the best car company I had ever dealt with in my 82 years!

2021 4Runner

Had a great experience buying a 4Runner from Kendall and Will Baas. Honest and straight forward with entire deal handled via online and on phone. Price and trade very fair. I highly recommend this dealership.

Refused to sell out of state client

I am an out of state buyer from Ohio that recently contacted Kendall about a 4 Runner they have posted on cars.com. Their sales rep was courteous over the phone and answered my questions about the vehicle. I mentioned I did my research on cost for vehicle transportation from Eugene to Columbus as I received multiple bids from transportation companies and I was willing to foot the bill. He went to check with his manager for a bottom line number, with the end result being “they don’t sell out of state due to issues they’ve had in the past.” Great business model (tongue in cheek) for an official Toyota dealer. Their manager clearly needs to expand his/her vision in sales.

I had a scheduled appointment today to bring my 2018...

I had a scheduled appointment today to bring my 2018 Toyota truck in for a recall item replacement. The appointment was originally set up by Service Consultant Justin Bowser on November 18th. A follow up email confirmation was sent which was much appreciated. He met me at the service center this morning at 9 am and the attitude, service and attention I received was fantastic!! He called to advise me of the completed service and to my complete surprise, it was done well before I ever expected. He was professional and courteous in his interaction with me and I was extremely pleased with him and my Kendall experience. He is a great representative for your company. Thank you Justin and Kendall Toyota!!

Awesome experience

I went in to view a 2008 Saturn Vie XR with 64,000 miles. Anthony was great it setting everything up and completing the transaction. Hey made buying this pearl a pleasurable experienc.

Super Service: We are on the road getting a bulb replaced...

Super Service: We are on the road getting a bulb replaced when the oil cap was found to be missing! They cleaned as much of the mess as possible. Not having a cap in stock, they sent a guy across town to get a cap and didn’t pad the bill! We are on the road again with only an hour’s delay. That’s service! Louis
