Mark-Up above MSRP is a Deal Breaker for me.r me.
I was looking at a Used Jeep Wrangler that they had advertised on Car's.com. After reading all of their Negative reviews on Cars.com - I wouldn't buy anything from this Toyota dealership. Marking New Cars up above MSRP is a Deal Breaker for me. I will Never Buy a vehicle from a dealer that charges add on Fees and a Mark Up above MSRP. There are plenty of Great Dealers that do not charge Mark Up above MSRP on the same model vehicles.

They added a dealer markup of nearly 20% to the car I was looking for. The only dealer in the area that I talked to that is doing that. As a dealer you want to stand out, but not because you are greedier than your competition. Save your money and shop somewhere else!

He spent some time to help me figure out the many features of the BMW which were overwhelming to me! I have had only positive experiences in the past and that is still true today.

This Place Is Unreal
Went in to buy my second car from them. Horrible experience. Was ready to purchase a brand new car. Was pushed and pushed ended up walking away without a vehicle. Told a cosigner would have no affect on my bank rate. Rates are what they are. Would love to speak to your GM!!

I've bought one car from Kendal, recently went back to look at a truck that they had. It needed some work done so the guy said they would give me first right or refusal on it. I waited the 2 weeks he said it would take, I even offered to place a deposit on it. They sold it to someone else even though we had a verbal contract, I'm ok with looking elsewhere, but you'd think they'd at least be honest enough to tell me someone else bought it. No word back from the salesmen. I definitely won't be going back here

Watch out for these guys!
Watch out for these guys! After they offered me a 'good price' on a high end, fully loaded model that I was interested in, they wrote up the contract for a low end model. Their 'good deal' price was higher than the sticker price of the low end model. So only a 'good deal' for them! Classic bait and switch! Carefully check everything they do!

Keep the old girl running.
Bottom line cost hurt but with over 100,000 miles and a great service rep (Carry) I understand. Like the way you flag upcoming needed repairs. It allowed me time to budget them in. Five star all the way.

We recently purchased a Camry SE Hybrid and paid cash.
We recently purchased a Camry SE Hybrid and paid cash. There was no problem from Kendall by paying cash for the car. Our sales person was Katelyn McCall and we could not be happier. She kept us informed on the progresss of the car's expected date of delivery. When we arrived from Vancouver to tske delivery, she was right there and took as much time as we needed to explain the operation. This is our first hybrid and I am very pleased so far we the vehicle. I'm sorry others had a bad experience but we could not be happier.

I am extremely disappointed in how Kendall Toyota of
I am extremely disappointed in how Kendall Toyota of Eugene handled a potential car deal. I was working with Katelyn McCall at the dealership. We agreed on a price and arranged a date and time to do a test drive and pick up of the vehicle. We live about 270 miles away. In preparation to make the trip to Eugene, we had to take time off of work and even booked a local hotel. We were excited to move forward with the purchase but thought we'll check in with Katelyn to make sure everything was in the clear, I asked, "would check would be okay?" (indicating we weren't going to finance it) then immediately it was communicated to us it was "Sold!". No warning, no heads up that another deal was in process, or any other potential buyers. Per WSJ "Dealers have always preferred you finance versus pay cash, but they have amped up the pressure to take loans and are, in some cases, even refusing a sale if you intend to pay cash. And yes, this is perfectly legal for a dealer to refuse your money". Kendall Toyota of Eugene was not being transparent or honest. They wasted my time. Everyone at this place is classy and honest.
Everyone at this place is classy and honest. They treated me well and fairly, all the way from the sales person to the finance manager. When there was a misunderstanding, they took care of it honestly. I would buy form them again.
