Terrible experience!

Terrible experience! Attempted to buy a new car in transit, asked 5 different salespeople the same question and got 5 different answers. Avoid dealing with Laurel, Dax and Zack. Completely incompetent and rude employees at this dealership. They’ve lost all future business from my company and family!

Sales was great.

Marcus in sales was outstanding. Very professional and did not rush the process and answered all questions me and my wife could think of. We leased 2 toyotas a tacoma and a corolla the only problem I have is I could not think of all the questions about leasing a vehicle like what happens at the end of lease when we want to lease 2 new toyota vehicles and you should be told about adding items to your vehicle when it is leased. My truck is the plain version no nav no heated seats no sensors. But after doing research I found you can't add anything not even a dash cam to your vehicle. Very dissatpointed in that aspect.

I purchased my new Rav4 in November and couldn't be

I purchased my new Rav4 in November and couldn't be happier with my choice! I absolutely love my car, but my experience with Kendall Toyota was more than just a car purchase! I was referred to Ryan Sears by a friend of mine. From our very first conversation it was clear I was in good hands! Ryan personally spent a little time to get to know me and lined me up with a salesperson he knew I would be comfortable with; Kaitlynn quickly stepped in and took me under her wing. Kaitlynn also took the time to get to know me, not just what car I was looking for. You could tell Kaitlynn was passionate and took pride in her job and the people she works with. Her knowledge of the vehicles was pretty impressive! Kaitlynn really went above and beyond any expectation I could have had! She is just a sweetheart and has a way of making you feel like you've known her forever but at the same time still very professional. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, their team went to work. They made everything so easy, even going through the paperwork with their finance department was fun!! I drove into the dealership a little nervous and left with complete confidence in not only my car, but the people I bought it from! Thank you!! looking forward to scheduling my first maintenance appointment just to see you all again!

I’ve been using this dealership since I purchased my car

I’ve been using this dealership since I purchased my car in 2015. Recently went in for service decided to walk to the mall as I was starting the man who drives the shuttled said to me I’ll take you and pick up when your car is finished. Received a call my car was completed and I was picked up immediately! Both the shuttle guy and the man who helped me were excellent!

Kenadall Toyota Eugene - Stellar.

After purchasing my third vehicle from Kendall, the moon roof was discovered to have a leak. This was a several thousand dollar fix, they fixed it. Being a single mom, a home health nurse who works out of their vehicle and an all around busy person, I was concerned and naturally worried as what to do. I was amazed at the kindness and genuine support I received after talking with the General Manager Jeff who followed through with his word and took care of the problem every step of the way. All the while, the most excellent service clerk Carrie always knew the right thing to say or do. She would call and leave update messages without me having to chase her down to find out information, she would even remember to remind me of the little things like to get my parking card out of the rental vehicle...she was nice, really nice, a natural and seemingly doing things in an effortless manner...on-and-on... ...these people made my day and reminded me how to be, even in my line of work where compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding are essential especially in todays unusual world. I am grateful for Kendall Toyota of Eugene and will continue to purchase vehicles here for as long as I am in Eugene. Thank you for all you do!!! Don't change a thing, you all are doing great

I had a great experience with Chris, I reserved a Tacoma

I had a great experience with Chris, I reserved a Tacoma listed on thier website. He informed Mr it would be there in 2 weeks, by the 19th. It came on the 17th, I flew down from Seattle he had everything ready to go, I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours smiling the whole 6 hour drive home, Awesome job, very easy process Thanks!
