Unsatisfied customer, don't recommend dealer
I have purchased a vehicles and both times, I had to go back and get work done after the fact that I was told that both cards had been inspected and ready to leave the lot. My first car had issues with the alignment, I called and was told to bring it in. After I picked up the car, the issue was not fixed and was asked to take in again and a different department at Kendall took a look at it and determined that the alignment was off. The issue finally got resolved. A year later, I needed a different vehicles, one that met my work needs. At the time of the exchange, I was told that they would have to give me less for my car due to it have a couple of cosmetic issues, issues that came with the car when I purchased it there. Another items was tires, I was told that they would have put new tires, and that the values of my care would be less. I was so upset but at the time, I took it as a bad experience and took the loss. When I drove away from the dealer with the new to me truck, it was an o.k drive in town but when I drove it on the freeway, I notice the drive was off and the steering wheel was shaking once I was hitting 60 mph. I text my sales person and he asked that I bring the truck in to get checked. Well, then I get covid and dealing with health issues and an entire month passes by. I still contact my sales person, who suggested that I take the truck in to get it checked. The appointment was made for shaking of the wheel and vibration while at a stop sign. Long story short, truck is out of alignment again, issues gets fixed, and I am left with worn out tires due to the alignment being off. The vibration while at a stop was not address, and was told that the vibration has nothing to do with the tires, which I knew that and did not ask for that confirmation. Still, the issues was left at that. I was given my truck back and a sorry we can’t further help you. Sales person said to me, Sorry, I am just a sales person. Nothing I can do. If the mechanics say the truck is good then that’s it.

I can’t believe this dealership has any good reviews....
I can’t believe this dealership has any good reviews. First time I took my Toyota in they fixed two things I didn’t ask them to fix but not the problem I was addressing. I asked them if they could fix a rattle I was hearing they responded they drove it around the block and didn’t hear it. The second time they serviced it for the rattle they said they put a small crack in the windshield. The crack looked like a Boulder hit it. A huge Boulder. Car was almost not driveable. They gave me an estimate of over 1200 to fix it. I said you broke it you need to fix it. They responded it was an accident not their responsibility. I took it to a glass shop they gave me an estimate of a little over 300. I took this to the Kendal Toyota on goodpasture after much frustration they agreed to write a check for the 300 to cover the damage they caused. I live a mile from these Kendal dealerships I go across town to lithia. Worse experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Unbelievable

Service Department. I bought 4 new tires and did not put...
Service Department. I bought 4 new tires and did not put in the plastic bags and tossed in the back got headliner dirty scratches both sides of the interior and did not even put the valve stem covers back on had to do it myself thank you Kendall for doing a SUBSTANDARD job! Not the kendall that ive come to know over the past 3 yrs and bought 2 new vehicles from. If this is how Im going to be treated Ill take my business elsewhere. Thank you Kendall for treating me like craft on my birthday.
