My favorite Toyota Dealership in the USA!

#1 in every way! Oil change includes too much to list. Staff always friendly. Pleasure to wait in fabulous Smiling Dog Cafe with Bay view.

On time and courteous. Everyone was very helpful and it was lovely to be able to have breakfast while I waited

Excellent

Our Advisor Brea was very helpful and very pleasant she was always smiling and the Servce we got was top notch.. I have bought my last 2 Avalon with this dealership and the Service in the past 6 years have been the greatest

Great service, friendly staff

The friendly professional staff got me in and out in a very timely manner. When you are getting your vehicle serviced the last thing you want to do is wait a long time.

So close to 5 stars!

We have used Coos Bay Toyota for servicing our 2 vehicles since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Overall this place is great. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, they seem to love their jobs and the cafe is an extra bonus. It would be 5 stars, but the amount of time it takes to get your car back when the service is completed is way too long lately! Our last 2 visits have been this way. I understand that they are crazy busy, but I shouldn't have to look at my finished car in the lot for 20+ minutes while I wait to get my keys back and pay. Since it didn't used to take that long, hopefully its being worked on and will return to the old normal. I would still recommend Coos Bay Toyota to anyone, but plan on a little extra time than normal if they are busy.

15,000 mile Servicing

A friendly presence to customer and details of work. I enjoy the comfortable waiting room and Barista, let alone my clean car is so much nicer to drive. Thank you.

Service

I have had my Toy for over two years and they have treated me as if I was a ember of their family. I own a Honda and never felt like the care about me even when it was under warranty. I will purchase another vehicle when we are ready to replace the Honda.

Unique Experience at a Car Dealership

The environment of the dealership, open, friendly, unlike any I have been in before. The transaction went smoothly with very little surprises. I feel we were treated exceptionally well and have already told quite a few people about the pleasant and unique experience. GREAT customer service and honesty.
