Great Customer Service

Josh was very personable and helpful when it came to communicating services on my vehicle. Nothing was done without my permission and he provided me all the information I needed to make the decision. He even corrected an error he noticed as I was being over charged for one of the services. Did not feel like high pressure service sales and I greatly appreciate that.

Change oil

I love Honda services customer service, i went to Lithia Chrysler Same morning to service my car and they are rude n bad customer service then my day changed when i walk in to Honda service dept good customer service and friendly

Service

30,000 mile service. Gerad was very professional, and helpful when my car didn’t start when I picked it up. He made a negative issue a positive one. I can see how people can get upset easily. He stays calm, and took care of the problem fast.

Good Service and attention to detail.

These folks really listened to concerns and met my needs. Routine oil change and check-up went well. Even thought I forgot to give them a discount coupon right up front, they took the time to refund my discount after I had already paid. Also had time while I was waiting to find out more about the new 2019 Insight. Have to say that I'm disappointed that it is not a hatchback.

My Service Experience

I had a very enjoyable experience as all the various aspects of the repair service were done according to schedule. The service personnel: Joshua as well as the associate who drove me to and from the Mall where I waited for the service to be completed were very cordial and on time. I had a very good experience; Joshua explained all the items in my repair and also told me what I needed for the next time. I felt good that my car is well-maintained.

Made buying a new car easy.

Brandon answered all my questions and was very helpful with helping me to pick out my new car. Everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the different models.

Professional, fast, great service and nice loung area

The service personnel are friendly and caring, they are great at explaining what is glinting on with your car. The waiting areas are very pleasant, and my car is serviced in the shortest time possible.

I am very satisfied with my purchase at Lithia Honda. The salesman was personable, friendly, honest, and I felt he was interested in helping me find the right car for me.
