I think Doxon Toyota service department is not being honest with its customer and i think they are playing smart to get the car troubled in order to bring it back for expensive repair. First, I brought in my 2012 Highlander for oil change service and when I got home, I heard a high pitch sound. When opened the hood, I found a vacuum hose unplugged. Then, later my alternator was gone bad and they replaced it $1536. Second, today, on January 4th, I brought my 2013 Camry for oil change and when I got my car back I heard a big pitch noise which was not there before. Is this a coincidence? I brought the car back and the manager told me that he heard that noise when I came in while no one in my house ever heard this noise before. The manager told me that I need to replace the alternator to get rid of that noise. Upon looking closely to the alternator, it looks like that the tensioner was repeatedly knocked. I wonder if anyone else had this experience with this dealer. I don’t trust them anymore.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership at
Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! I’m beyond furious with this dealership. I bought a 2016 Ford Escape from them for $14,000, and after just **4 months**, the car breaks down with major issues. I’m now stuck paying **$6,000** for repairs that should not have been necessary for a car that’s barely been driven. What’s even worse? I reached out to the dealership multiple times, hoping for some accountability or assistance. **No response.** They took my money and disappeared, leaving me to foot the bill for a car that clearly wasn’t worth the price they charged. Now, with $6,000 in repairs, I’ve essentially paid **$20,000** for a car that’s still not reliable, when I could have spent that money on a newer, better vehicle. This is an absolute scam. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their products. I’ll never be back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows how poorly I was treated here.

Con-Artists
The car dealership sold us the wrong car on purpose. We went in and worked with Joel Ramos to get a brand new Hybrid Rav4. He told us that they have one coming and once the car came in, it was the wrong car model. But instead of telling us that, they swapped out the pamphlets in the car with hybrid pamphlets and let us drive off with it Thursday night. Saturday we realized that the model was wrong and called back. When we went back in, instead of owning up and apologizing, they tried to sell us a more expensive used car and said they would throw in a roof rack and mud guards like that was going to resolve their mishaps. After going back and forth, they told us we should've known that hybrids take up to 6 months to come in. What?! How were we supposed to know that after Joel told us that he had one for us. They even made us pay a stoppage fee because the check was already deposited. Not sure why I even thought for a second they would offer to pay the $25 just as a nice gesture, but of course it probably didnt even cross their mind. Manager didnt even come in to talk with us, he just kept walking by like nothing was happening. Either one, he doesnt know whats going on in his business, or 2 hes embarrased that his team got caught with their shady business tactics trying to make a dollar. CLOWNS!

Very good car buying experience
Before going to Doxon Toyota I did a lot of research on a new Highlander my wife and I were interested in purchasing. After we made our decision on model and trim level, I check every Toyota dealer in the Puget Sound and knew the deals Doxon offered were some of the best deals offered online. When we went to the dealer we knew what our trade-in value was for the car I was trading in. We also knew the value of the new Highlander. The Highlander that we wanted to purchase was received at the dealer that morning and was still wrapped in plastic and had to go through inspection. We test drove a similar Highlander and we were happy with the performance and options. We sat down with Chris Barker and he wrote up the deal. We did not have to negotiate on the price. The discount price of the Highlander was more than we expected, and the amount they offered on our trade-in was fair market value. We had to wait a little longer for the new Highlander to go through inspection at the dealer but it was well worth the wait. The dealership was great at getting the Highlander through inspection and detailed in a few hours so we did not have to come back a few days laters. The people at Doxon Toyota are great people to work with, and the new Highlander is awesome.

Cookie Cutter Dealership
I was looking for a Lexus ES 350 and contacted Doxon. I've never heard of this place so I thought it would be a smaller personable experience. I was trading in my Lexus IS250 which retail that $24000 trade in value $17000 according to Kelley Blue Book because it have low miles and it's in great condition. The young lady I thought I was working with by the name of Kerry said that She did know too much about Lexus so she had a guy named Liban to come talk to me. Keep in mind when I walked into the dealership I told the lady that I did not know that this was a large dealership and from my experience large dealerships treat to pretty crappy. She said we've been around since 1938 and we are a family owned business so I was going to give these guys a try. Back to Liban, The add to as if he really didn't care and that when I was explaining to him really didn't matter this was the deal he had for me take it or leave it. They offer me $11500 for my car which was unbelievable. Especially when the low value was $17000. I also the told him That their vehicle was over priced And he insisted that it was not and I told him I had proof and when I showed him other vehicles that were the exact same vehicle but cheaper he could not say anything. Mind you I have a one credit and my financing was already approved to what I wanted to buy. I just wanna say congratulations to Liban for successfully allowing me to leave with my $26000.00 All I was doing was trying to get the best deal for me and his rudeness and lack of interpersonal skills allowed that dealership to receive $0.00 dollars from me. Doxon is not a family business just the same ole same ole cookie cutter greedy dealership. I'm a radio announcer I'm going to make sure that my 12000 member of Facebook group do not ever go to this dealership

DO NOT BUY FORM DOXON
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a new Land Cruiser from Doxon, the sales process was smooth, but the post-sales is horrific. I purchased some additional products that had to be installed by their service department. I’ve now been calling for a month and have not received the products I purchased nor have been able to schedule a service. So far all I’ve been told is: “he’s on vacation”, “you didn’t buy a car here”, “there isn’t a weeo (whatever that is)” and my personal favorite “that’s not my job”. The only good thing I can say is that it's a great truck, I just wish I bought it somewhere else.

Unacceptable wait time
Came in for basic 10000 mile service. It’s been over 2 1/2 hours and I’m still waiting. Was told an hour ago it would only be 30-40 more minutes.
