Once again, and excellent experience. I got in early and out in less than 45 minutes. That included an oil and filter change, top-off of fluids, rotating of tires, and a vacuum and wash. Can't beat that kind of service.

The new 2018 Toyota Camry was returned to dealership for follow up installation of mud flaps and door guards The whole process was explained by Mr. Michael Cummins, Service Advisor. He also reviewed the interior and exterior protection packages. He also provided additional exterior maintenance materials.

No Title
We called for an appointment to buy the new car. Whitney greeted us at the door and started to process the transaction. He was very professional, courteous, and responded to all questions. Everything went well. Whitney explained the details of operating the new vehicle in great detail. He even helped connect our I phone to the Camry. Whitney asked if there were any questions, He said we could call him if there were any further questions. While we were waiting for the final prep, the Sales Manager Carl came out and talked with us. Both thanked us for our business.

Routine service
The customer service checking in was excellent and the facilities were great. The service department needs to do a better job vacuuming the car; especially around the emergency brake. I shouldn't have to stop and vacuum the car after l leave the dealership.

KE, your right you shouldn't need to vacuum after you leave our facility. My apologies for that. We will be addressing that with the staff.
Routine Oil Change
Eva, the woman in the Service Department, was exceptionally well qualified and pleasant to work with. Doxon Toyota has kept my 1997 Toyota Sienna running beaitfifully...at 200000 miles, there is NOTING wrong with it thanks to routine maintenance I always get at Doxon.
