Only gave 4 stars because as I left, my tire light was on. I thought it would reset because I had my tires rotated while I was there. Next morning my tire was flat. I picked up a nail somewhere and it g it missed in the I section or I picked it up right there.

Smooth and efficient service

I came in for a routine oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. I was given prompt, courteous and efficient service for this, which included a free car wash and vacuum, and service was performed within the given time estimate. Ryan went above and beyond when mouse damage to my air and cabin filters was discovered, seeing to it that I didn't incur additional charges (beyond replacement) for dealing with that issue. I was very satisfied with my service experience and that everything was well taken care of without adding any extra time to my wait.

Whoops-

Forgot to reset my maintenance warning light - I even asked if it had been done? He said "yes"... I will need to pull out the book and do it myself ... I had some distraction when leaving and I didn't notice it before leaving. (Staff was visiting with another customer and i was momentarily blocked)

Doyon Toyota, Auburn, WA

I arrived early for an oil change appointment, and got right in. Forecast time was up to 90 minutes, but they were complete in just an hour. I enjoyed the complimentary soft drink and hot chocolate chunk cookies while I waited. We purchased two slightly used Toyotas from Doyon just over 12 hears ago and are still driving them. One just turned 210,000 miles and the other 250,000 miles. We will buy another Toyota and continue to have them serviced at Doyon.

Tremendous Overall Experience

I found the exact car I was looking for using their online inventory system and within 24 hours, I was driving it off the lot!! From the start, the customer service was phenomenal, they were very fair in pricing, and the purchasing process was so smooth! If I needed another car, I would purchase it at Doxon. I will for sure recommend them to my family and friends.

Done before I could finish my coffe

First young man I encountered helped me with my Nav system. Young lady who I dealt with at check in was terrific. Car was done sooner than promised and I had to take my coffee with me.
