Don't buy any car from here....they lied about everything the car is junk....

I was just trying to kill some time because a had a late night flight at Sea tac and i was running out of things to do when i went just to look at new trucks just trying to kill some time . When i went to Gamblin Chevrolet i met Gary Van Auken and i told him i was just looking at trucks just to kill a little time. I had just picked up a rescue dog In Graham he showed me what they had in stock we talked for a while about Enumclaw and his time in Alaska at former job he never pushed me towards buying anything which at a car lot kind of turns me away with pushy salesmen he was courteous and easy going which gave me time to focus on what i really wanted and in the end i bought a 2024 Silverado 2500HD Duramax Bison Edition and even after the sale he keeps helping me in other things with my truck if it were another typical salesmen i probably would not have bought it , thanks Gary for being a good guy/salesman

This is a great place to buy cars (new and used). There is a large variety of vehicles and good deals on prices. Gary Van Auken was especially helpful. His responded quickly to our questions and provided detailed answers. Very professional and knowledgeable person. Gary made car searching and buying processes easy and enjoyable. He really takes a good care of customers and cares about their satisfaction. He worked late when needed to make sure that he answered all requests and helped customers fully. I highly recommend this dealership to others.

Austin Sherbon and Patrick in financing are the best!! They made our truck buying experience amazing. They took good care of us start to finish. Highly recommend Gamblin and these two guys if you're shopping for a vehicle. Go see them you won't regret it!!

They did an awesome job, upfront and very honest. Nathan (our salesman) took time to ensure we knew what all the numbers were and if we have any questions he took extra care to answered them very clearly and concisely. I will definitely be referring my friends and family, and return when I need a new one!

i've had to take my 2015 tahoe in for air conditioning repair every year since 2018. finally after sending thousands thru 2022 the sales manager said if i had to bring it in again he would fix it for free. so right on que the air conditioning goes out in 2023. i take it to art gamblin motors and remind them of the promise. they tell me that service manager no longer works there so tough luck. they then quote me $1500 to repair it. i need it so i agreed. then when i go to pick up the car the bill is over $2200. when i complain they rework the numbers to get it to $1986 still well over the quote. i tell them i will never be back. they tell me it is gm's problem not the dealership. way to pass the buck you xxx. my advise to you is to never do business with art gamblin motors. there are plenty of chev dealers elsewhere.

So disappointed in Gamblin! Basically, they suck! Currently, our NEW car is in the shop for a radiator that's been overheating which is unacceptable for a vehicle we've only had for a month. We've received nothing but the RUNAROUND from the fine upstanding folks at Gamblin. I will never purchase another car from them, and plan to discourage everybody I know from buying from them as well.

Worst experience I have ever had. Overcharged and literally had my life Indangered by them. Do your self a favor and avoid them at all cost.
